Ondreaz POV:

Soph apologized after pressing pause and disappeared from the backstage area. Somehow she was quite scratchy, unlike Amy - which was probably because Soph was not a fan.  And she could play as well as I had rarely seen it

"Tell me, is she always like that?" Nick asked and spoke from the heart. All eyes were on Amy, who swallowed hard. "Well... actually, yes. So... Um... not negative or anything, but she definitely didn't fall on her face."

We nodded. "Yes, you can tell." Tayler laughed and ate one of the destroyed smiley's eyebrows. "Is there anything else you should know about her?" it now came from Chase, who had been completely occupied with food.

She thought for a moment. "Actually, not really. "She's pretty tough and really smart. "She's really not to be underestimated. She's 19 and goes to school in San Francisco, just like me."

I had to admit it was really nice to have a conversation with a female person who didn't know everything about you. But even Amy was much more likeable to me now. Actually, she wasn't as hardcore as I first thought. Only excited and basically an indescribably nice and lovable person.

About ten minutes later Soph came back and I wondered why girls always took so long to pee. When I looked at her, however, I noticed that she had been outside.

Her hair was dripping a little and lay untidy and a little confused, so I felt the urge to fix it for her.

It must have been quite cold outside, but despite the fact that she was wearing only a thin jacket that didn't even cover her arms completely, I didn't see any goose bumps. "Aren't you cold?" Nick asked and again he took the words out of my mouth.

She shook her head. "I'm hardly ever cold," she explained, and brushed the annoying wisp of hair from her face. "Tell me... Do either of you have a cigarette? This morning's shopping took too much energy out of me and I wanted to go and have a smoke, but I left mine at the hotel," she said and looked around.

As a sign that she should wait a moment I raised my hand and dug a box out of my trouser pocket. Smiling, she took one out of the box. "Are we just going out the door?", I asked her, there was a strict ban on smoking in here.

Outside my eyes fell on her shoes. When I saw that she was wearing one of my favourite models, I smiled. Absent, she puffed out the smoke that was immediately carried away by the wind.

We didn't really talk much, but kept looking at each other. "I hope I don't come across as unfriendly," she suddenly said and gave me a smile before looking back at her cigarette.

"What makes you think so?", I asked her in surprise and caught her gaze again. She shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know, but I'm a pretty strange person. I find it very difficult to be nice to people I don't know and I don't know exactly how to behave and I often change between different kinds of behaviour.

On many people this makes a bad impression and I don't want to appear tactless. You are all really nice and I have... I have no idea. I just wanted to explain that I'm not like this because you're a tiktok star, but simply because I am like this," she explained and breathed out loud, with little smoke curls getting lost in the air.

"I've also realised that Nick doesn't know how to deal with me. And I thought that maybe you could help me."

"Don't worry about Nick. Okay, you were a little cold at first, but that's changed. He just can't handle people not liking him, so he reacts that way."

"I don't don't like him," she protested, and I have defensive, laughing hands. "Wow, sorry, I didn't mean it like that. He'll get warm."

She laughed again. "What have you got against tiktok?" I asked with a smile and she looked at me in amazement. "What makes you think that?" she replied and I raised an eyebrow sceptically.

"Soph, it's so obvious that you can't do anything with us." She sighed devotedly. "You're right. I can't do anything with Tiktok. But I can with you. As humans, you understand? If you hadn't been famous and we'd met once, I'm sure we'd have been very good friends."

I used the sole of my shoe to put out my cigarette. "That's the nicest thing I've heard lately," I admitted. "You know, I keep wondering if a person only likes me because of all I have. Because I didn't have it easy before."

She was waiting for me to talk. "I'm really embarrassed now. "But for my 16th birthday, I invited my whole class Guess how many came?"

The thought of it still stung me a little. But those days were over. I had left them behind. She shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know, but the way you say it, I don't think there were many."

I nodded. "Not a single one," I admitted, and she pulled a pitiful face. "Ouch."

"You said it."

She also threw the rest away and stepped on it, then we went back to the arena. I had tried not to tremble the whole time she had been standing there so casually without any sign that she might be cold.

The others were talking about the show when we joined them again. "I tell you, she just missed me by a hair's breadth," laughed Nick. He was just talking about the bra story. All the time we were thrown underwear on stage and today a top had just barely missed Nick's head.

I almost missed my cue with laughter and his expression was just incredibly funny.

When Soph fell down next to Amy, she pulled a face. "You stink incredibly," she complained. Mel shrugged. "I'm trying to give up the habit," she sighed and leaned against the sofa.

The two were really nice and I could imagine being friends with them, but they lived in San Francisco. In general since we are on Tiktok it's difficult for us to maintain friendships, so I didn't even think about it anymore.
