Today I won't be publishing a chapter to pay respect for the Black Lives Matter movement. George Floyd was an innocent man of color who was wrongly killed. He was a human, the same as us all who was killed for nothing but the color of his skin. I did not realize how important this movement was until I saw influencers on YouTube and Tik Tok who have taken short breaks to make way for the movement. I feel guilty for not doing as much as my favorite celebrities and other typically funny influencers. They were able to move hearts and make way for the world to see what is going on. Sadly I haven't done much, but I want to do all I can. I have signed a petition that was put forward to the movement and have listened to the stories and injustices that George Floyd had to suffer. What happened to him was no mere accident and I want to do what I can to help, even a little to encourage people to speak up and do what they can to encourage the movement further. In respect for George Floyd, there is no chapter for today. Thank you for reading and have a good day dude.
