The first match in the second round was Shoto vs Midoryia, (Y/N) hadn't been particularly interested in Endevaor's son until the sports festival. He didn't seem to have a good relationship with his father. Endevor reminded the girl of her own father in a sick twisted way. In her mind, he was nothing but a no-good selfish prick who had no problem with using and hurting people, even his family. It made (Y/N) sick to her stomach. Suddenly a memory started to return to her mind, tears began to well up in her eyes as looked down at the ground. Her breathing began to quicken as she began to rock back and forth catching the attention of Urararaka who looked at her worried.

(Flashback)
"Please stop!" The little girl begged her father as she cowered underneath him. The man glared down at him with hate in his eyes. His wife stood in the background with a glass of whatever alchohol she was drinking,

"Look at you," the man said with disgust in his voice. He grabbed her arm causing her to flinch.

"I can't believe I was cursed with a quirkless child," he said punching her in the stomach. (Y/N) yelped as she fell to the floor.

"You'll never amount to anything!" The man yelled. He stomped on his daughter's leg causing her to cry out, the woman watched apatheticly. Her husband continued to beat the girl with no mercy, she was left covered in blood and bruises. When he finally stopped he grabbed his daughter by the arm and dragged her towards the basement door.

"Please, I don't wanna go down there" (Y/N) begged,

"Shut up you stupid little shit!" The woman yelled as the man opened the basement door. With one last hateful glare at the child he tossed her down the stairs not minding the cries she let out as her body collided with the stairs. The door was slammed shut and locked leaving the little girl trapped in the dark basement.

"Please, let me out!" The child begged.

"Please!" She cried again,

"Just, shut up or I'll come down there and beat you again" her mother yelled. This silenced the little girl as she began to sob holding her knees close to her chest.

"I'm sorry" she mumbled rocking back and forth"

"Please, I'm sorry" she continued as tears slid down her face like a waterfall.

(End of Flashback)

"I'm sorry, please let me out" (Y/N) mumbled, a tear sliding down her face and landing on her lap. Urararaka became increasingly worried as she shook the brown haired girl's shoulder.

"(Y/N), are you ok" she asked noticing that she was crying. (Y/N) gasped as she looked around, She soon realized that she was back in the stadium. She quickly tried to wipe away the tears only for more to fall. She began to hyperventilate as she felt a panic attack coming. She stood up her legs trembling like a leaf on a tree. I thought saying a word (Y/N) walked away from the group and back into the waiting rooms. There she finally collapsed to her knees, the tears continued to cry. The memories ran through her head, it had become hard to breathe as her vision became blurry. As she rocked back and forth the door was opened. She didn't bother to look to see who it was.

"Hey, you ok?" Kirishima asked putting a hand on her shoulder. The girl gasped as the red headed boy with a panicked look on her face.

"Hey, calm down, you're about to pass out," he said. He pulled her gently into a hug. She wrapped her arms around him desperate for comfort. She didn't have Shigaraki or her papa to make her feel better so Kirishima was the next best thing. Kirishima smiled rubbing small circles on her back as her breathing became normal.

"What happened" he asked her after she had calmed down. She remained quiet,

"I...." she trailed off not being able to bear the thought of talking about her past.

"I would rather not talk about it," she said in a quiet voice. Kirishima nodded not wanting to push the girl too far.

"Why don't I stay here until you feel like going back" he said. (Y/N) smiled,

"Thanks" she said. The two stayed in the waiting room for a bit.

"I'm alright, we should go watch the matches" she said. Kirishima helped the girl to her feet. When they returned Shoto and Midoryia were still fighting. (Y/N) watched on as the two boys traded blows with each other. She looked on in amazement, while other would think the green haired boy was acting recklessly but (Y/N) knew better. He was doing whatever it took to win, but something about Shoto was confusing. He was only using half of his quirk. The brown haired girl knew why, it was most likely to spite that bastard he called a "father." Izuku seemed to notice this as well, He started to yell something (Y/N) could barely understand. All she could hear was something about how it was Todoroki's power. It confused (Y/N) but it was hard to make a snarky comment since she was still a bit shaken from the panic attack. The match ended when Shoto erupted in fire, the two prepared to hit each other while Cementos and Midnight tried to stop them. Cementos created barriers that were quickly destroyed by the two students' attacks.

The whole arena was now covered in smoke as the air became freezing cold. (Y/N) covered her face shivering,

"What was that?" Someone asked.

"I can't see anything," another said, when the smoke finally cleared Izuku was left out of bounds, soon he collapsed as Midnight declared Shoto the winner.
