John's P.O.V

9:20 p.m

I can't sleep. All I have in mind is Paul. He looked so sad. And those injuries...

I'm such an idiot.

If I didn't act like a fool in geography class none of this would've happened.

I have to do something. I want him to be happy and to smile. But that's not gonna be easy. He's probably traumatised.

I'll do my best. I have to.

I've got to think of something that would make him happy... but what? Should I buy him something?

Then I had an idea.

His father broke his phone. And he told me that he couldn't afford a new one. I know what I have to do!

Third person P.O.V

So, John went to a phone store to find a new phone for Paul. He didn't know which phone to buy. He then saw a silver phone with an apple on it*.

"455.99£" well yeah that's expensive but I'll buy it. For him.

Then John went to Paul's house. He hoped that he would feel better.

"C'mon Paul open the door."

"John, I don't wanna..."

"Here. Take this! It's for you."

"What is... What?! John!! You bought me a phone?! But this is expensive! Why did you do that?!"

"It was my fault if all of this happened. And you told me you needed a phone. Please accept this."

"John... this is too much... I don't know what to say."

"Don't say anything then."

Then John kissed him.
