Jessica's POV:

I traveled with Atleti to Barcelona.

The team was happy to see me, even if I didn't remember most of them.

"So she really can't remember me?"

"SHE can still hear you." I turned around. "I'm sorry but right now, no. I don't remember you," I thought about it.

"Laia."

"Right." I nodded. "I'm sorry Laia. Were we close?"

"I looked up to you like an older sister. You were by my side after I broke my arm." She looked down.

"I don't even remember my own girlfriend, so it wouldn't matter if we were super close. The last 8 years are gone from my head apparently." I sighed.

"Well," Lola put her arm around me. "Hopefully being back in Barcelona will help you."

"I just need to see Patri." I said. "I just miss her?"

"That's good. Part of you remembers that she's important to you. That's good."

We met up with some of the players from Barcelona.

"Jess!" One of them ran to me. "It's so good to see you!! I missed you!" She hugged me.

"I don't know you. Please let go."

The girl stepped back and I moved closer to Lola and Carmen.

"I thought. You and Patri have been talking I thought you remembered." She looked at Patri. "You don't know me?" She asked me.

"No." I shook my head. "Should I?"

"Do you know anyone here?" A girl with a tattoo on her neck asked. Tattoo on the neck? Who does that?

"I know Patri."

"Besides Patri?" I shook my head. "Well, I'm Mapi." She smiled. "One of Patri's teammates."

"Hi."

"The idiot who basically tackled you is Leila."

"I'm just gonna go cry now." She walked away.

"She's very dramatic." Mapi smirked.

"Can I ask a question?"

"Sure."

"Why?" I pointed to her neck.

Mapi glared at me. "Don't worry about it." She walked away.

"Where's Patri?"

"Over there." Another girl said. "I'm Alexia. That's Jenni."

"Jenni?"

There was a knock on the door. "Come in!" I yelled.

"Hey, Jess. You have a minute?"

"Isn't today your day off?"

"I should ask you the same thing."

I laughed. "True. What's up Jenni?"

"Actually it's not me." She said and turned to the door. "I have an enemy."

"An enemy?"

"Well two, but," She walked to the door. "Come on." She dragged someone in.

"Patri." I said.

"Hi." She waved.

"Ok! My job is done. Bye!" Jenni left.
