It is a high school story that just follows Nightmare and Dream's lives both in school and family life, are they going to have left to escape an abusive mother Will their friends be able to stop Night from being overtaken by her emotions and using the Knife she always carries with her on herself ?

Hi so this is me attempting to write a fan fiction I'm not gunna say it's about a ship in particular but it may contain one idk tho if readers want a particular one I can ad it in if appropriate. I am using Dream smp characters but also it will be predominately from the perspective of 'Nightmare' who is a character I have invented and is Dreams twin sister ( obviously not in real life ).

Also both Night and Dream have a disease similar to Hanahaki which is a fictional disease everything is the same minus the unrequited love sometimes the cough up petals but not often which causes them to cough up blood I'm aware that people may not want to read about that but I'll put Tw before it. ( I'm sorry I've had to change the disease slightly to fit my purpose sorry )

Nighmare is Dreams twin sister their dad died when they were 10 at the time the story takes place they are 17. Night goes by pronouns if they and she as I will probably use both but mainly she. When her father died he left Dream and her several of his weapons Night kept one on her at all times which caused her to be removed from school. At the time of the story she is just being aloud back in school. Her dress sense is of warm jumpers combat trousers and boots with some form of chain and body armour she also has her hands and for-arms wrapped in black bandages she says its for style but Dream her and Sapnap know otherwise.

Also I am kind of projecting a little bit onto Nigntmare like some of the mental health issues she has are some similar to mine but not all of them and some are worsened versions of what I have it's kind of my way of coping. :)

Yeah so there will be some trigger warnings mainly abuse, blood, self harm and death but I will put them in bold when they come up .

Also last thing I promise underlined things are authors notes so from me yeah, this is my first fan fic idk if there will be more but please be nice constructive criticism is welcome :)
