I sit down, hesitantly. I didn't know how this night would play out and if I'm being honest, I really didn't want to know. Sitting next to me was my fiancé and opposite was... well, I'm not sure what he was yet.

I was too distracted to even notice the girl sitting beside him. She was beautiful, with stunning features and gorgeous eyes, but the thing that stood out to me the most was her hair. Golden blonde. Maybe it was just a coincidence but this whole situation has made me ten times more paranoid than before. And the fact that I still haven't got a good look at the girl Sebastian's cheating with isn't making me feel any better. For all I know, it could be someone close to me.

'You look beautiful tonight, Ms...' Emilio begins as he looks over at me, waiting for me to finish his sentence.

'Celeste.' I say with a smile on my face.

'About to be Mrs Russo.' Sebastian adds as he looks over at me. I look over at Emilio, but he was acting as if this really was the first time we'd met.

'You can call me, Milan.' I say as I hold my left hand out for a hand shake. Instead, Emilio takes my hand to his lips. I could feel him playing with my ring between his fingers, almost as if he were telling me that he didn't care. Sebastian's was slightly irritated by his sudden action, but I couldn't care less. This was nothing compared to what he had been doing to me. I take my hand back as I look towards the girl beside Emilio, as he follows my gaze.

'This is Emma.' He finally introduces as I share an insincere smile with her. It seemed like we both weren't very happy to see each other tonight,

'Is she your girlfriend?' I ask bluntly, curious yet slightly jealous, but I was smart enough to not show it.

'Yes.' She answers straight away, knowing I didn't ask her.

'Oh.' I respond, looking over at Emilio. My eyes glared in his direction as he looked at Emma and straight back down to his plate, ignoring my gaze. I couldn't help but be slightly jealous even though it wasn't my place to be. But in Emilio's mind, he probably thought since we've both technically got 'partners' right now, I didn't care just as much as he didn't... Little does he know it's far from that.

For the rest of the night Sebastian and Emilio were discussing their business arrangements and future work together, which I didn't really care about. Until suddenly someone starts to make an announcement at the front of the restaurant. As I went to look at what was going on, I felt a foot playing with mine gently. I already knew it was Emilio.

I kicked his leg off me and gave him a look, telling him stop. All he did was smirk and bite his lip playfully, making this all seem like a bit of fun to him. I looked over at Emma and Sebastian and I guess they were too distracted by the announcement happening at the front of the restaurant.

'I need to talk to you.' I mouthed as I looked back at Emilio.

He gets up from the table and walks away, just like that. Without thinking twice, I just go up and followed him.

He led me to a secluded part of the restaurant, it seemed like only workers were allowed here. He then opened one of the doors and it led to a dark office with a breathing view. I could see the whole city from here, the lights lighting up the busy streets.

'So what do you want to talk about, princesa?' He says as he leans against the desk as I was slowly realising that this may be his office.

'You have a girlfriend-' I begin when he interrupts me. 'And you have a fiancé.'

'It's not what it seems like.'

'Same goes for me.' He answers back. I look at him confused. Is he only saying that because I said it?

'Well... If she really is you're girlfriend, then I'm not interested in whatever this is.' I say as I turn towards the door.

'And what is this?' He asks, with his naturally calm demeanour. I pause for a second, mentally slapping myself. I don't know why I just said that because now it looks like I was interested in the first place...

I turn back around, not knowing how to answer but willing to attempt to. But instead I was faced with his tall body towering over me. I look up, and just the closeness of our bodies drove me crazy. The feelings from the first night we met all came flooding back.

'Are you sure you wanna leave just like that?' He asks me in a sensual tone. His hands were sitting on the side of my neck. I could feel his thumb playing with the bottom of my ear, and slowly coming closer to my face. At this point I would do anything he asked me.

'You have a girlfriend.' I say, forcing myself to stop what was going on. I grab his hand and take it off me but I couldn't help but to keep my fingers trailing the back of his hand to his fingers until I finally let go.

'I don't get it, princesa. You have a fiancé. What's the big deal?' He asks as he tilts his head, trying to read me.

'I told you, there's more to it then that...'

'Then explain it to me.' He doesn't move his eyes off of me. I can feel him watching me as I contemplate whether to tell him or not.

'He...' I let out a big sigh before continuing. 'He's cheating on me.'

I hear him let out a little chuckle. I look up at him shocked as to why he found this funny.

'He cheated on you?' He scoffs in disbelief. His eyes still lingered on me, looking me up and down.

'You're not any better than him...' I answer back. I don't know why I reacted defensively, right now I didn't like Sebastian any more then he did. But maybe I was only telling myself what I wanted to hear...

'How?' He asks looking at me as if he were amused.

'You're practically cheating on your girlfriend right now.'

'She's not actually my girlfriend. It's a business thing, you wouldn't understand.'

'Then explain it to me.' I mimic him as I smile in amusement.

'It's more of a publicity thing. Business is business. Seeing you jealous was a bonus, I guess.' He shrugs.

'How is her being your girlfriend business?' I ask, still confused as to what he was trying to say.

'Let's just say she's a business partner I need.' He finishes, clear that he wasn't going to explain further. And to be honest, it was enough for me. I mean it made sense. He seemed like a powerful man and I guess that comes with a few lies here and there. So if he's saying she isn't his girlfriend then I guess I believe him.

He gets even more closer this time.

'Was that enough for you?' He asks with his eyes fixed to my lips.

'More than enough.' I finish as I wait to see what his next move would be and before I know it, he smashes his lips against mine.
