Y/n was taking her dog for a walk down her street before feeling another presence beside her, before she could look to see who it was the person spoke.

"Birdwatching?" Stan asked holding up his binoculars

"What?" Y/n stopped, surprised by his sudden presence

"You wanna go birdwatching with me?" Stan asked again, raising his eyebrows

"Right now?" She said pointing toward the ground

"Why not?" he said shrugging

"Uhh...sure but we're gonna have to drop off my dog at my house" Y/n said looking toward her dog, who was staring at the two, wagging their tail

"They can come to, let's go" he waved signaling for them to follow

Y/n hesitantly followed him all the way to the woods, when they stopped Stan opened his backpack that he had been carrying and pulled out a blanket laying it on the ground, motioning for the girl to sit, then sitting himself and looking into his binoculars.

"So what birds are you looking for" she whispered sitting down

"Not any in particular, just birdwatching" he smiled towards her, moving the binoculars from his face

Y/n nodded, then decided to make a makeshift stake to put in the ground and tie her dogs leash around so she didn't have to hold onto the leash.

"Hungry?" Stan asked holding a sandwich toward her

"Did you plan on running into me or something?" She asked jokingly, taking the sandwich

"No, the food was just for me" he said looking back into his binoculars

"So, do you eat four sandwiches every time you birdwatch?" She joked, peaking into the backpack

Stan flushed in embarrassment

"Okay, they weren't all for me," he looked towards the girl who had an amused grin on her face "but I wasn't like stalking you or anything"

"Never said you were" she grinned, taking a bite of the sandwich she had been munching on during the conversation

"Yeah but you were thinking it" he said still looking at the trees

"Never said that either." She said, breaking off a piece of the sandwich and giving it to the dog

"No, I just know how you are" he spoke still looking through the binoculars

"Yeah yeah, my turn" she said, grabbing his binoculars looking in them

"Be careful" he winched as she grabbed the binoculars

Y/n waved him off looking around the forest

"Look at that" Y/n whispered in amazement to herself

"What?" Stan asked taking the binoculars and looking where she was before "that's a butterfly"

"Look how pretty it is" Y/n giggled at the look on his face

"Your lucky your cute" Stan said jokingly

"Oh yeah?" She quirked her eyebrow

"Yeah, I'd trade you for the butterfly if you weren't" Stan grinned at her

"Yeah well, Your lucky that butterfly isn't human I'd leave you for them" she retorted

"Well good thing it's not human" Stan leaned over kissing her cheek grinning
