Y/n and Richie were having their usual banter, Y/n winning of course. She always does even if Richie doesn't want to admit it.
The other losers are tired of the constant battle and at times wonder how their still friends, But here they were walking around town not wanting to waste their summer inside.
"I have never been so insulted!" Richie yelled.
"You don't listen much do you?" Y/n said tilting her head.
"Haha very funny." Richie rolled his eyes.
"Hey I'm just stating facts rich." she held her hands up in defense.
"She does have a point." Eddie agreed.
The rest of the boys nodded also agreeing.
"Not you too, Ed's." Richie complained.
"Don't call me that!" Eddie also complained.
"Yeah Richie! Don't call Eddie spaghetti that!" Y/n teased.
"Okay that's not any better!" Eddie turned towards her.
"Yeah, Y/n! Ed's doesn't like that!"
"Okay w-we're not getting a-anywhere with this." Bill butted in.
"Maybe we would if you wouldn't cut us off, Billiam." Richie complained.
"Yeah!" Y/n agreed nodding.
"Oh co-come on you go f-from fighting each o-other to teaming u-up on me?" Bill asked.
Richie and Y/n looked at each other for a second, before turning back and speaking.
"Yeah." they shrugged their shoulders.
"You guys are so complicated." Stan interjected rolling his eyes.
"Are not." they both defended in unison.
"Please give me one reason you guys aren't."
"I'm better than him and he's thinks he's better than me but he isn't. Boom." she did a fake mic drop
"You are not better than me."
"Are too."
"Are not."
"I am, I could totally beat you up."
"You couldn't if you tried."
"Please with your string bean arms I'd beat you in seconds."
"They aren't that bad."
"Haven't looked in a mirror recently have you?"
"Oh shut up."
"Just get married already!" Stan yelled tired of the banter.
"10 bucks their t-together by the end of the su-summer." Bill whispered to Stan.
"Deal." Stan shook his hand.
"Stop betting on us!" Y/n yelled ignoring both her and Richies rosy cheeks.
