Neetu di requests shehnaaz to calm down have food and medicine, she refuses to eat anything keeps shedding painful tears over their endless miseries. Neetu di couldn't handle her miserable state therefore informs sidharth to come here as soon as possible. He came in to witness his jaan broken gestures elder sister to leave she immediately walks out demanding him to be calm and composed.

He assures not to worry quickly settled down beside shehnaaz, took a bowl of soup mixed it carefully and blew some air to feed, instead of sipping she looks away making him groan in frustration. He doesn't wanna scold her so why she is throwing attitude further testing his patience and aggression.

Ss:- Naaz please muh khol soup thanda horaha hai (sternly)

Sana:- (hiccupping) Mujhe nahi peena ...

Naaz felt her pieces of heart were brutally scattered due to endless tears black orbs moistens and loud cry escaped her mouth. She leans on his shoulder due to which sidharth felt terrible immediately pulls her into deep passionate hug.

Sana:- I love you jaana please mujhe toot kar bhikarne se bacha le kasam lage tujhe bohut pyaar karte hoon (cried)

Sidharth made sure to feed her soup and small bowl of fruits although threw a lot of tantrums yet handled well. She drank juice also took medicines sidharth asked servant to take empty utensils back in kitchen. He is going to walk away when shehnaaz reminded about his promise 20 minutes back.

I wasn't sure about my love hence avoided arjun kyunke usko hug karna bhi na mere liye gunnah bann gaya tha. Tere saath waqt guzarna aur promises karna khushi ban gaya tha. I realised my love when you were out of town away from me, kasam lage tere call aur message ka pagalun ki tarha intezaar huwa karta tha, us din meri saans ruk gaye thi jab flight ki khabar aye thi. That day I knew my love has overcome all the hatred and aggression. This pure emotion had a strong affect on my heart and soul. Mujhe samajh agaya tha ke tere bina zinda rehna impossible hai, tujhse meri saansein judi hain. U became my life jaana I learnt actual meaning of love, you were always written in my fate we're meant to be together until last breath ...
