As part of your Christmas present, your mum had sent you a box of Celebrations. You had planned to eat the ones you liked and then act like you wanted to share your chocolates and give the terrible ones to your friends but as soon as you cracked open the box, Remus knew there was chocolate and ruined your secret to all of your friends. Everyone took one but you were doing your best to take claim to all the ones you liked.

After a few days, the box was thinning out, so when you tried to sift through what was left, you could only scrunch up your nose in disgust in there only being Teaser's left within the box. Fighting the urge to tip them all into the bin, you looked across the common room to see Sirius sat there, likely waiting for James to come down from their dorm.

"Sirius," you called, gaining his attention.

He nodded at you, acknowledging your existence but not wishing to expel any energy in verbally responding to you.

"Do you want a chocolate?" You asked.

Once again, he nodded, but this time with far more vigour as he rushed over to you to see what you had to offer. He had never had any of the Celebrations chocolates before but had made his way through them all to determine which he liked without regarding that they were your chocolates.

"What's left?" He grinned.

"Just the Maltesers."

Sirius stopped in his place, pulling a disgusted face. He refused to move forward as his face melded into the most dramatic look of displeasure.

"What's wrong?" You laughed, having not seen such a contorted expression on his face before.

"How dare you suggest I eat that shit," he huffed. "Maltesers are satanic bunny poop."

A joyous smile curled onto your lips as you flung yourself at him in a tight hug.

"Why are you hugging me?" He frowned.

"I'm just glad that you don't like them either. Everyone seems to think they are the superior chocolates but I'm just glad that you have some form of redeeming quality when it comes to your chocolate preferences."

He cocked an eyebrow at you. "Thanks... I guess."

You returned the lid to the red box, knowing that it was now dead to you, along with whichever of your friends who decided to open it seen as the contents were revolting.
