Following his heart had never felt so good before.

Being drunk with feelings was so dangerous, yet more beautiful than anything else.

Yeonjun was feeling calmer than ever as he was sitting on the grass under the tree with Beomgyu beside him, his head gently laid on the younger's shoulder as his both hands were wrapped around his arm. His eyes were closed softly, his lungs extracting and contracting in a slow, relaxed manner as both males were deeply sunk in a comforting silence floating in the warm air around them. The moon was shining over them through the groups of leaves and Beomgyu's eyes were set on the star-spangled sky above them as the back of his head rested against the tree behind. A genuine smile would creep upon his lips occasionally, playing on his face as a sign of happiness. He was experiencing such a beautiful feeling for the first time in his lifetime. Having the one he was falling for clinging onto his arm like that was sending a ball of warmth into the bottom of his heart and he was feeling genuinely happy from inside. A rhythmic whistle of the wind was like an enchanting melody to his ears and finally, he could notice the beauty of the world because flowers had already started to bloom in his soul.

"How did you manage to do this?", Yeonjun murmured in a low voice, drawing Beomgyu's attention to himself, "To have me so close to you?"

Beomgyu's lips curled up into a faint smile as his head turned towards the boy to place a small kiss on his forehead, causing him to lean into the short, entrancing touch of the younger's lips. "I know you still need someone to hold you no matter how many times you refuse it", Beomgyu said and looked down at the boy on his shoulder whose eyes slowly fluttered open and stared up at the male, admiring him secretly for bringing some relief to his ill, almost dead heart.

Beomgyu's lips touched his forehead again and made him shut his eyes for a second to savour the magical moment, his body getting absorbed by soothing feelings inside him. It felt like a dream because it had been really long since Yeonjun last leaned on somebody like that and let them in his own dark world of pain and suffering. It felt dangerous but amazingly good to have someone seeing the real him and embracing him to his body, caressing him and caring for him like that. It was something he didn't even know he needed so much until Beomgyu made him realise that. The latter patted his cheek and smiled down at him, causing excitement to bubble up in the older's heart and Beomgyu felt it racing against his own body.

His head leaned against the tree again and his eyes closed. He surrendered to the silence and the love song of his heart. He felt unusual warmth crawling upon the back of his neck when Yeonjun buried his face in his nape and rubbed his skin with the tip of his nose. Perfect harmony between their souls was all they could ever ask for. It was something which was making the entire atmosphere around them so comforting and warm.

"Now what?", Beomgyu suddenly asked in a low voice as if he didn't want to break the beautiful tranquillity which had settled in the environment.

Yeonjun's eyes swung open, but he didn't take a look at the younger boy, his orbs got directed forward instead, a hint of thoughtfulness swimming behind his brooding orbs.

          "What are we?"

Beomgyu slowly flickered his gaze to him, staring at the boy with curiosity embedded in his eyes. He knew him well enough to know Yeonjun wouldn't want a relationship with him even though he could feel something very affectionate radiating through his homely body. That idea was breaking his heart, but he knew he needed to accept it to stay beside him. He was ready to accept anything for the sake of Yeonjun.
