A Different Beginning ~ Part 36 ~ Updated: 1/21/15 Late Evening

My eyes widened not comprehending what Dr. Green said. My breath hitched and his bright green eyes met mine once more. “You are everything.” He whispered almost so low that I didn’t hear him. I could feel my body reacting my cheeks lighting up in seconds. Everything? I couldn’t possibly be everything. I had only known him for a couple of days. My mind rushed through the events that had occurred and I couldn’t believe how much I had to agree. My life before the boys was beyond horrible but I couldn’t bring myself to think of a time where I would want them to leave my side. I would never send them away never push away. Always stay with them as long as possible. My every breath tingled with the scent of their bodies and their warmth covered me from head to toe. They were everything to me as well.

Dr. Green’s smile distracted me and he lightly cupped my cheek with his hand touching my blush. “That’s what I thought.” He teased and I smiled softly sitting up carefully. But I knew better than to let him distract me from the problem we now faced. Mr. McCoy and Mr. Hendricks had learned that the boys were always around me but it was their move not ours.

“What is going to happen in the mean time?” My eyes met Victors for a moment and then Dr. Green expecting the truth and demanding the truth.

“We will have to determine that after school.” Dr. Green’s smile turned into a tightly pressed line on his face. Watching him I glanced to Victor whose hand lightly brought me back to his chest having me rest on him.

“Mr. B will have a plan all set up and I am sure the rest of the guys will have ideas as to what to do as well. You don’t have to worry about it Princess.” Victor placed a soft kiss on my temple making me smile softly. But I knew that I was the reason for this and I would worry about it and speak my mind when everyone sat down to discuss what was going on.

“What about for today?” I whispered closing my eyes as I breathed in Victor’s moss and berry scent which helped me relax a bit.

“You will attend my amazing classroom.” Dr. Green smiled as he announced this and I chuckled under my breath slowly. “Then you will come back here with me. Nathan and Gabriel are going to attend part of gym class and then meet me where before I have to leave for my rounds at the hospital.” I studied Dr. Green slowly watching him moving around the room. I knew he would need to rest at least a little before he left.

Victor’s fingers lightly squeezed my side and I curled up into his chest his chin resting on the top of my head. “How are you feeling? Honestly…” He whispered and I closed my eyes slowly relaxing into him.

“On edge.” I whispered back and his hand lightly played with my hair.

“I will stay with you as long as I can.” He whispered and placed a very soft kiss on my neck making me shiver. Blushing I opened my eyes meeting his fiery brown eyes and I nodded slipping my forehead to the crook of his neck to rest for a moment before Dr. Green came back over.

“Pookie I have some pain medicine for you. You need to keep an eye on your breathing though.” He hand out a white pill and a cup of water. Carefully untangling myself from Victor, I took the medicine with a gulp of water and washed it down before handing the cup back to Dr. Green. His eyes were soft and comforting and I nodded.
