A Different Beginning ~ Part 114 ~ Ocean Thoughts

Point of View: Silas 

It was about nine in the morning and everyone was awake accept for Sang. I had noticed it at breakfast and Gabriel had quickly said she was super tired from the night before. This was very understandable. After the night that she had had we all knew she was tired from everything that happened. It was a traumatic event and not something easy to talk about. Plus it was clear to see this morning that Gabriel and Sang had had their talk that night. Breakfast continued and we discussed what Gabriel shared about their talk, but after breakfast was finished, I began to worry about my Aggelle mou, it was very unlike her to sleep in for so long.

Taking the steps two at a time, I moved down the hallway and knocked once on Gabriel and Luke's bedroom door. There was no response which caused my heart to pound in my chest. Unsure if I should open the door, I heard the soft sound of sobbing. My instincts taking over, I threw open the door and felt my heart drop as my eyes found my Aggelle mou's small form twisted in the sheets of the large bed, her body in a painful position. Her cheeks tear stained as she sobbed hard in her sleep the nightmare fully taking over her body control. My heart in my throat, I lunge toward her and carefully run my hands along her exposed legs pushing the sheets off of her before gently pulling her out of the bed and into my arms. 

"Aggelle mou." I called into her hear knowing it took her a little while to wake up fully but the sight of her crying and in pain was a little to much for me to handle. "Sang..." I called again this time much louder then the last.  Thankfully, this time I saw her eyes flutter open a little and I met those soft innocent ___ eyes for a moment before they shattered right before my eyes into a completely new set of tears. My heart pounding, I quickly carried her into the hallway keeping her tight to my chest as she cried out from the horrible nightmare and glanced over the railing. 

All eyes were on us but right now I didn't need Aggelle mou overwhelmed by everyone at the same time. My eyes met the dark grey eyes of Mr. B and he also was thinking the same thing as he charged up the stairs barking at everyone to stay downstairs. Stepping into my own bedroom, I carefully bring her to my lap and place a soft kiss on her forehead. "Aggelle mou..." I repeat softer this time and I gently rock her in my arms as she clings tighter to me. 

Unable to stay quiet, I keep my arms around her body in a comforting way as I rock her back when I start to speak to her in a comforting manner. "Aggelle mou talk to me..." I paused moving to talk straight into her ear knowing she needed something to concentrate on through her pain. "What happened?" 

I could feel my angel's body tense slightly as she continued to cry but then everything seemed to come out. "I didn't think I would live. I didn't think you were looking for me. I didn't want to be here. I just wanted to be saved..." Feeling my heart freeze in pain as I processed the words I brought her closer to my chest holding her tightly. She hadn't thought we were looking for her... My eyes flash back to that moment where I had run into the hospital searching for her. Then another moment in time when I had heard she was missing. Neither when she was there. 

Feeling a little light headed I pull myself back to the present and pull her even tighter to my chest. She didn't see how much of a wreck we had all been in because Mr. Blackbourne had held us back from going to her straight when we had reached the hospital in order to give her time to calm down herself. Taking a slow breath, I knew she had bottled this all up and it needed to come out. "Let it out Aggelle. Let it all out." I whisper into her ear as my hands find her sides and I carefully run my fingers up and down in a calming motion. 

But before she can say any more I hear the heavy steps of Mr. Blackbourne through the wall and then suddenly the male is standing in the doorway. His eyes are wild with worry as they meet mine and suddenly I truly see how easily his perfect appearance disappears when something has gone wrong with the one we all love. 

Feeling Sang shift in my lap to look that the male before us I feel her body tremble and my hands gently clutch her sides making sure she doesn't fall. I quickly explain what happened as he steps farther into the room, closing the door behind him. "I found her trapped in a nightmare in her room screaming and crying in pain. I was about to bring her to Doc but she woke up and started to cry harder. Mr. B she didn't think we were looking for her." I can hear my voice waver as I speak her worries out loud but with my angel safe in my arms all I have to do is pull her close to feel comforted. 

Closing my eyes for a second in order to calm down, I look back up to see the shocking sight of Mr. Blackbourne shattered before me his emotions everywhere at once. I watch as the stunned leader mover closer to Sang, who is curled in my lap trembling with sobs, Mr. Blackbourne studying her face. To my surprise, I then watch as Mr. Blackbourne gets on his knees in order to look the shaken girl in the eyes. 

His voice is calm and comforting as he begins to reassure Sang. "We did not stop searching for you since the second you left that school. We searched everywhere possible. We were looking for you. We were not going to stop until we found you. Sang you are our everything. We did not stop for a second not even to sleep." By the end his voice is forcful leaving no doubt in anyones mind. We had searched for her all over the city for those painfully horrible three days. 

Seeing this beautiful creature take in all of that information, I can see shock and shame flood into her eyes and worry sets in once again. "I know..." She says her voice barely above a whisper as she chokes out the rest of her thought, sobs racking her body. I j-j-ju-ust didn't kn-know then." My heart breaks as I hear her soft voice so scared and ashamed and I know she already over thinking what she had said but Mr. B instantly steps in to reassure her before I am able to. 

"I know Sang. I wish we had found you sooner. I am sorry you suffered through all that pain." I can hear Mr. B's voice waver in pain as he states it and I know how painfully honest he is being because I feel the exact same way, just as the other's had. We all want to take away those horrible emotions, memories, and physical pains. 

Finding my voice, I quickly add to the statement wanting her to know I also feel the exact same way. "You aren't going anywhere Aggelle." I state firmly. I see her nod as she launches herself at the very emotional Mr. Blackbourne and I can't help but smile as that prim and proper wall that he had set up breaks and he pulls her closer in a very protective manner. 

Giving them space, I gently place a kiss on Aggelle mou's forehead before moving out of the room and closing the door behind him. My eyes lock on to a number of different emotional eyes and I instantly know they were watching from the cameras that had been set up in the rooms. Running a hand over my stubbled face, I slowly move down the stairs and North approaches me his hand patting my arm. 

"It wasn't your fault." He whispers and I nod understanding but the pain in my heart doesn't seem to fade.
