A Different Beginning ~ Part 67 ~ Updated: 2/26/15 Late Evening

***POV Kota***

Glancing down at my phone my eyes widened in horror.

Mr. Blackbourne: Mr. Lee, Mr. McCoy has found out about the cameras we have placed in the school. Please be sure to inform the other’s but do not worry Sang right now. We don’t want her even more scared.

Glancing up, I found Gabriel turned around in his seat his eyes on mine. “What happened?” His voice was filled with worry and I glanced down at my phone once more before looking up at him.

“Mr. McCoy knows he is being watched by the cameras.” I stated my eyes narrowing trying to think how the male had been able to determine where the cameras were.

“Hell.” Gabriel stated under his breath and I looked up shooting him a warning glare. “Dude what are we going to do? Fuck we have to tell the others.” He instantly pulled out his phone.

“Wait!” I quickly tapped Gabriel’s shoulder. “Mr. B doesn’t want Sang to know just yet. I am sure he is still working out the kinks and he wants to be sure before we scare her.”

Gabriel’s eyes grew wide once more and I could see the information being processed. “Fine. But we have to let her fucking know when we are sure.”

I nodded agreeing and glanced down to my phone opening up a group message to the others.

Kota: Mr. McCoy has determined that there are cameras in the school. Please be on alert. Do not tell Sang just yet. We want to be sure before we scare her.

***POV Sang***

Playing with Luke’s hands I was surprised when both of them turned to get their phones from their pockets. Biting my lip hard I glanced from one to the other waiting. I saw North’s face go cold and I could feel my breath hitching. What was going on? Was someone hurt?

I quickly glanced back to Luke as he put his phone away in his pocket. His bright brown eyes grew and he quickly leaned forward cupping my hand. “Sang…” But he didn’t complete his thought and I rushed to look back at North.

He shifted in his chair uncomfortably very mad. But when he met my eyes he lightened and leaned forward placing a soft hand on my back. “Baby girl you need to calm down.” He whispered quietly.

“What is going on?” I whispered back as the bell rang and Luke quickly scooped up my bag. I glanced back at North who was obviously holding back the information. I forced a quick breath and closed my eyes trying to take in the horrible silence before looking back to him. “Is anyone hurt?”

North’s eyes widened and instantly he shook his head. “No baby girl. No one is hurt.” I let out a weak breath and nodded before following Luke out of the classroom.

The second I stepped out of the room, I could feel the death stare on my back and I placed a hand on Luke’s back as I started to slow down. “Little bird?” His voice was soft as he slowed.

Shaking my head I continued down the hall, but as we moved into English I could tell he was worried. “Sang?” He whispered as we sat down slowly.

Kota took a seat behind me his eyes rushing over me. “Something wrong?”

Luke nodded and he turned back to me. “Sang what happened?” He pushed and I bit my lip taking a slow breath.

“Its nothing… I could feel his eyes on me in the hallway… I am just being paranoid.” I shivered and shifted in my chair feeling cold.

Gabriel sat down besides me and offered me a light sweatshirt he had from his coat. It matched my blue blouse and I smiled happily pulling it on. Kota shifted forward moving my hair out of the way. “Where?” I shook my head unsure.

“We took a left out of Room 135 and then a right at the end of the hallway. That is when she started to slow down.” Kota instantly fished out his phone and started to type into it.

I took a weak breath and almost jumped out of my chair as I felt my phone vibrate. Carefully I removed it and glanced at it, hiding it with my books on my desk.

Mr. Blackbourne: Ms. Sorenson how are you doing?

I bit my lip and quietly typed back.

Sang: I am okay.

Instantly the phone vibrated again and I glanced down.

Mr. Blackbourne: Ms. Sorenson be honest with me.

I let out a small breath of air and typed back.

Sang: Nervous. What is going on? I saw North and Luke looking at their phones. Is something wrong?

The phone vibrated.

Mr. Blackbourne: Just take a slow breath. We will talk about it during our lesson.

I glanced up and took a slow breath and Mrs. Johnson stepped into the class. Gabriel’s eyes lingered and I smiled softly rushing to hide in my work.
