Point of view: Sang

Stepping into the warmth of the cottage, I rub my cold fingers together and spot Dr. Green in the kitchen. Surprised, I move to the counter and sit down leaning over to see what Dr. Green is cooking. Stunned, I bit my lip as I watch him pour and entire can of beans into a pan. "Umm Dr. Green that isn't how you cook beans..." I state trying to hide a giggle as his bright green eyes widen in surprise.

"What do you mean?" He teases and I quickly slip off the stool, I had perched on, before moving into the kitchen and taking the pan from him. Giggling I glance to him as he wraps his arms around my waist and holds the pan with me. "Maybe you should teach me." Dr. Green flirts and I can feel my cheeks light up.

"Stop teasing her Doc." Nathan calls as he sits down on the stools with a smile on his face. "We want actual food not poison. Now let the master take over." Dr. Green runs his hands up and down my sides before he moves to take seat besides Nathan, smacking the back of his head playfully.

"Hey! It's not poison... just unappealing." Dr. Green admits and I can't help but let loose a fit of giggles as I put the beans into a bowl and begin to prepare rice to add to the beans. I then pull out tomatoes and different peppers and quickly chop them as I begin to put wraps on the stove with cheese and chicken to melt and become quesadillas.

Moving about quickly, I don't notice when Mr. Blackbourne enters in behind me and places a soft kiss on my cheek startling me. Shyly glancing over to him I blush and smile. "Anything we can help with Miss Sorenson?" I quickly shake my head but pause getting a good idea.

"Would you mind setting up a space in the living room for everyone to curl up and eat while watching a movie?" I look to Mr. Blackbourne before quickly flipping the quesadillas making sure they are a golden brown before putting them on a plate. "I mean if that is okay with you..." I add on nervously when there is a pause.

"That sounds like a delight full idea, Miss Sorenson." Mr. Blackbourne smiles at me as I catch his light grey eyes with my own. With that I watch him move out of the room and I begin to plate the food when my eyes get a little blurry. Pausing, I rub my eyes a little and quickly finish plating the food when Gabriel, North, and Victor come over. Victor's eyes meet mine first and he moves to my side.

"Tired?" He whispers lightly rubbing my shoulders and I nod a little slowly allowing myself to rest my forehead against his shoulder. "Are you hungry?" His voice is in my ear now.

"Not really." I whisper back and I feel his fingers running through my hair gently soothing me. I can feel myself giving into my exhaustion when I hear Gabriel laughing in the living room reminding me of my idea. "But I am okay. Let's go watch the movie." I state pulling myself away from the comfort of Victor's chest and gathering  two plates to take them to the living room.

Smiling, I hand one to Nathan and the other to Luke before curling up in the corner of the couch. Nathan had picked out a zombie movie which wasn't playing to loud and with the crackling of the fire I begin to doze off in my cozy spot when gentle arms are wrapped around me waist.

Looking up, I spot Victor whose soft eyes are focused on me. "You my princess need a queen sized nap." He states as he pulls me onto his lap and I can't help but smile and curl up in his arms.

"What about lunch?" I whisper and Victor gently brushes my hair out of my face as I soak up his warmth like a sponge.

"You and I will eat after you wake up." He states rubbing my back slowly and I know he is trying to lull me to sleep. "I already talked to Mr. Blackbourne about it. Now sleep Sang stop worrying about it."

It takes me a few moments to process the information but slowly I give in as my body craves sleep. Curling up, I slowly rest my head against Victor's chest and fall into a deep sleep.

Point of View: Victor

Watching Sang struggling to stay awake at the edge of the couch I know that she isn't comfortable. Everyone is talking about the food and the movie but her eyes are far away. Shifting forward on the couch, I gently wrap an arm around her waist which startles her and wakes her up a little more.

My eyes roam over her pale face and swollen eyes before leaning down and placing a soft kiss on her cheek. "You my princess need a queen sized nap." I whisper in her ear which makes her smile a very sleepy smile. Gently I pull her back to my chest and I can feel her body begin to relax.

"What about lunch?" I hear her whisper and I quickly glance to Mr. Blackbourne who is focused on us. With a slight nod, I turn back to her gently playing with her hair trying to get her to give in to sleep.

"You and I will eat after you wake up. I already talked to Mr. Blackbourne about it. Now sleep Sang." I gently push. "Stop worrying about it." A second later, she is in a deep sleep in my arms.

Gently, I shift her fully onto my chest and wrap a blanket around her as I rest on the couch. "She okay?" Nathan asks having finally surfaced from the show and all attention seems to be on the sleeping beauty on my chest.

"She is exhausted." I state and smile rubbing her back. "We tuckered her out with the snow."

North nods and shifts over to sit besides me and rubs her back. "Plus with the lack of sleep she got last night..." Stunned I freeze and look from him to Luke then to Mr. B.

"Wait what happened last night?" I state confused and a bit angry as everything goes silent. I notice that Silas and Gabriel don't look surprised either which leaves Dr. Green, Nathan, and Kota silently confused.

"Last night Sang had a nightmare." Luke states and all eyes go to him. "She left the bed to go to the bathroom and she didn't come back for a while. So I came down to check on her and she was on the floor shaking." I could feel my eyes bug out of my head as I look from him to North.

"And then..?" I question a little hesitant to determine what comes next when I spot North swallow as his eyes flicker to the four of us that were left out.

"She asked Luke for me and he called. I carried her up to bed and she slept for the rest of the night with me and Silas." North explains and I sigh glancing down to Sang who shifts a little against my chest.

Confused, I take a moment to process the information when Mr. Blackbourne speaks up drawing everyone's attention. "We didn't mention it earlier because we wanted to make sure Sang was able to easily enjoy the morning. There was no intentional reason for keeping you three out of the loop."

There is another awkward pause before I nod in agreement and place a soft kiss on Sang's forehead rocking her a little.

How much I love this girl... I truly can't describe in words.
