Later that day, I begged my parents to let me see Elric just for a little while, especially to make amends for this morning.
Luckily they agreed because Ace finally decided to go back home and sleep there for few days as he and Elric needed a break.
That meant I could finally have Elric without interruptions at least for an hour..
I put on a cute pink spring dress with long sleeves. I wanted to look flirty for date night considering we haven't been on a proper night date in months.
I unlocked the door with my card and got in. As soon as I took off my shoes Elric showed up excited at the door and picked me up in his arms. He pressed his lips on my neck, kissing me playfully up and down.
Suddenly he almost tripped. "Ooopss..." He kept letting go of me and trying to hold me.
I laughed as he carried me inside and wrapped my arms around his neck not to fall.
We twirled around the room until we reached the stairs. He staggered and laughed with each step up the stairs and carried me to the couch. Once we were there he fell down with me on top of him.
"You're killing me here." I laughed. "We could've tripped and died."
"But we didn't."
"What's with you today? Your arms kept failing you. " I asked.
"Lesson learned. I need to go back to working out." He pressed me tight on his chest that I could hear his heartbeat.
"You missed me that much?" I whispered in his ear.
He moved his head to whisper in my ear too "You've no idea. Every morning, every night I think of holding you like this."
Ah. My heart was suddenly knocking on my chest. My stomach got butterflies.
He cuddled me even closer holding me with both his hands. " The more time I spend with you, the more I want to hold you tighter in my arms. I can never get over it, nor get enough of it."
He started caressing my back and then stroked my hair on the side while touching my neck gently. "You're more special to me than you could ever imagine...."
I pulled my head up to look at him and bit my lower lips. He just knew how to drive me crazy.
He brought his hands up and cupped my face. "Congratulations for single-handedly flipping my world upside down." he smiled.
I pressed my lips on his and then I slid down next to him on the couch.
"Why are you red in the face?" I suddenly noticed the small blush.
"I burned a bit today. Shoulders too. Stupid party." He smiled.
"But you had fun." I smiled. I could just tell by his mood that he had a good time.
