ᴛʜᴇ ᴅᴀʏ ʙᴇꜰᴏʀᴇ ᴠᴀʟᴇɴᴛɪɴᴇꜱ

[ so i read through this and it's kinda a random filler chapter that i find cringe.... enjoy tho! ]

Kyo, as always, had wandered off somewhere.. leaving you in the classroom, along with the chocolates left on his desk, which he had very kindly donated to you. Tohru, Uotani and Hanajima, approached you, a smile on their faces.
"Morning (Name)." Uotani greeted, a lazy smile evident on her lips as she lightly rested her hand on top of your head, ruffling your head slightly.

"Good morning Uo-chan, Hana-chan. Hiii Tohru." You responded, dragging out the hii in your words. Uotani wasted no time to pick up one of your smaller chocolates, unwrapping the wrapper. "Woah, are these all yours?" she curiously asked, while poppong the chocolate in her mouth, as you handed the rest of the chocolate out to them. "Nah. They're all Kyo's, he gave most of them to me."

Just as you began talking about him, the boy entered the classroom ignoring everyone as he made his way over to his seat. "Well, I'll be back, i'll put all these wrappers in the trash." You mumbled, scooping up the pile of empty wrappers as you stood up. The closest trashcan was either the one, infront of the class, or the one right outside, next to the classroom door. You chose the latter.

Picking up all the empty wrappers, you quickly walked towards the trash can, disposing all the empty wrappers. Not noticing Kyo quickly getting up and running towards the door, bumping right into you. You panicked for a second, however after realizing it was only Kyo, you let out a sigh of relief calming down. "What's got you running so early in the morning?" You asked, glancing at him.

"Oh, (Name)! We should go on a trip, invite Tohru if you want. Let's go far away from here, or she'll find us." Kyo mumbled, whispering the last part to himself as he shuddered. A vague idea of who he was talking about came to mind. Kyo quick to grab your hand and prepare himself to leave however.... Miss. Teacher stopped him before he could make his speedy escape.

School had finished before you knew it, you followed Kyo towards the entrance.... that was, until you saw the back of your beloved friend and Kyo's worst nightmare. Kagura! Before your eyes could process what in the world was happening, Kyo quickly ran off, along with an angry Kagura chasing behind him. "What in the world.." You grumble, glancing at the direction the two of them ran off, "Off they go, I guess."

"Oh! This was all about avoiding Kagura!" Tohru said, the pieces finally clicking in her head as she too watched them run off into the distance. "I bet if he knew tommorow was valentines day earlier, who would have been far far away." She added, as you laughed, making fun of the cat on your way home.

When you got home, you took a nice shower. And wore some comfortable clothes, before making your way down the stairs. "Yuki and Tohru could join us! Making it a double date!" Kagura squealed, catching everyone's attention. You glanced at the living room, noticing how everyone had gathered, in addition to Kagura who clung onto Kyo.

"Awesome~! That's a good idea." Shigure added, watching you curiously as you squished in next to Yuki and Kyo. "I know right! It'll be perfect! Oh no! Wait! What about (Name)! She'll be lonely! You can come too! You can! Um...." Kagura paused for a moment before running to your side and wrapping her arms around your shoulders.

"Oh. Maybe we shouldn't.." Yuki began, feeling a little uneasy at the fact that he would be going on a double date with Kyo. "I'm not going anywhere with that damn rat!" Kyo grumbled, initiating their usual bickering... which died down soon, after Tohru voiced her excitement. And then everyone turned to you.

"Don't worry about me. I already have plans with Momiji and Haru." You explained as Kagura nodded brightly still hugging you, Kyo sighed.. rolling her eyes as he began to grumble and usher Kagura to go back home before it became dark.

Shigure joined him, hoping to tease Kyo a little more.. get a reaction out of him however.. his works struck Kyo in a way it shouldn't have. You flinched in surprise, when you heard Kyo start to yell followed by the slam of the door, and then Tohru chasing after him. "Shigure-san, what happened?" You asked, noticing his bashful expression.

"You know better them provoking him. Espically if the topic is about Yuki." You add, with a sigh as you followed after Tohru. You wandered around until you finally found a few footprints which led you to a rolled up Kyo, who was crouching and Tohru. She started to speak soon after. "It's fine if you hate him, it's okay to dislike someone." Tohru quietly said, as she sat behind Kyo. Speaking gently towards him.

You waited a moment before joining them, "You know Kyo, she's right. Hate and love are a part of human feelings and honestly no ones going to stop you from hating him. Even if they try. So I accept it, we accept it. We say its okay to hate Yuki or whoever you want. It's okay to hate and to love." You add, crouching down beside Tohru, gently resting your hand on his back.

HELLO!! so i'm acc going through and editing this book all over again, and this is how far i've gotten for the day so the rest of the chapters are slightly bad and cringe, please bear with me i'll get through them all soon. also this chapter in general is kinda cringe lmao.
