Davenport escorts us into a redesigned hallway outside the lab singing to himself "I got a new lab, I got a new lab. I got a new lab."
Bree scoffs and waves her hands around "Whoa, whoa, whoa. I think you mean, we got a new lab."
Davenport shakes his head "Excuse me. Did we pay to rebuild it?"
Bree crosses her arms while tilting her head slightly "Do you sleep in a glass box?"
Davenport thinks for a moment before he starts to sing again "We got a new lab, we got a new lab." I laugh to myself as Leo and Chase start to dance along "And here it is." We walk into the lab and look around in amazement.

Chase links mine and his hands together as a smile spreads across his face "Guys, look at all these upgrades. Mr. Davenport, this place is amazing."
Davenport props an arm on Leo's shoulder and smiles "Of course it is. I designed it." Leo's eyes widen and he clears his throat causing Davenport to sigh "Fine. WE designed it. We, we!" Davenport then starts walking around the new lab "Upgraded capsules, bam! Quantum processing supercomputer, bam! Four-dimensional combat simulator, bam! This, my friends, is what a multi-million dollar makeover looks like."
"Is there a mini-fridge?" Adam questions
Davenport shakes his head "No."
Adam leans back over to Chase who was standing next to me "I bet our real dad's lab has a mini-fridge."
I shake my head and turn to Leo "Hey, Leo, where's your workstation?"
Leo smiles and starts to walk around the lab "This way, children." Leo then taps a few buttons on the tablet and the floor opens up and lifts a new station "The floor in the lab is compartmentalized, meaning we can store things in it. May I?" Davenport nods his head causing Leo to strike a pose "Bam!"
