After kissing my cheek, I thought Jihun would run straight inside the room but he bends his body to the side, just to look at Baekhyun who's standing behind me and adorably blink his eyes at him.
"Bye, appa."
"He is not-" he doesn't give me the chance to finish and hastily made his way inside the room, giggling mischievously.
I could just stare at my son in wonder. My Jihun is usually shy around people he doesn't know, until Chanyeol brainwashed him to believe that Baekhyun is his father. He's talking a lot and became more playful than he was before and I find it weird that he gets along with Baekhyun very well.
A snort somewhere near snapped me out of my wondering. I whipped my head to where that sound came from and I saw Chanyeol trying not to laugh.
This is a daycare, Y/n. Calm down, there are kids that may see you. I reminded myself as I took deep breaths. I'm fighting the urge to raise a finger at him. Ever since Chanyeol told Jihun that thing, I have to think of different ways to get myself out of the awkwardness that it brought us whenever Jihun calls him 'appa'. Baekhyun doesn't seem to mind but I do. It's uncomfortable to have Jihun call my friend to his father.
"We should just go." I can feel myself relaxing when he rested a hand on my shoulder, I didn't know I was glaring at Chanyeol while growling like threatened puppy. "You can kill Chanyeol whenever you want as long as we're not here." Baekhyun chuckled.
Hearing that, Chanyeol decided to tease me by sticking out his tongue. This is why I refuse to believe he's an adult!
After dropping off our kids at the daycare and knowing I don't have somewhere to go but back home to wait for Jihun and Jihyun, Baekhyun decided to bring me with him to watch his recording. It's the first time I'm tagging along to his work since we met three weeks ago, barely meeting at the daycare everyday as he's starting to get busy with his comeback just around the corner.
"I bet you've seen this place a lot of times already." Baekhyun takes off his coat as soon as we reached the recording studio.
"I never did."
His eyes blinked in disbelief. "Sehun's an idol, he records his songs with Chanyeol in this very room."
"Why do you think I've never met you before?" I answered shyly although there was no one around yet. "I only got exposed to his idol life when he announced that we're getting married. And it wasn't even his whole idol life as I have to hide from everyone especially his fans. He only send me photos of him recording."
"The super secret girlfriend, I remember." he walks to the table and grabs the paper on the surface. It was a lyric sheet. He eyes it for a second or two before he started to hum how supposedly it is sang.
I subconsciously chewed on my lip as I watch him. His comeback preparations are getting lighter as everything is ready and he's just waiting for the day of its release, so he's doing OST recordings for now and then more free time to spend while we wait for the kids.
