Soulmates are a blessing.

Fluke grew up loving the idea of a soulmate. And it wasn't just a hoax, soulmates are a real thing. Not everybody has it but there are a few chosen ones where they can tell that they have a soulmate.

Fluke looked at the adorable puppy tattoo like drawing on his arm and smiled. It was one of the first things that appeared on his body when he was only 9 years old. When he showed his mother the black ink on the inner part of his right arm, the woman gasped in delight before pulling him towards his father shouting along the lines of, "Our son has a soulmate!"

He remembered giggling through his mother's excitement because he was just that innocent.

As time went by and Fluke grew older, more and more signs appeared on his body. But there were some that slowly disappeared too. When one sign on his thigh, a picture of a rugby ball suddenly disappeared one morning he woke up, he ran to his mother and asked her why it was gone.

"Oh, it seems like your soulmate doesn't like it anymore, dear." She replied.

And that was when Fluke realised that the things that his soulmate likes the most will appear on any part of his body and when he loses interest in it, it'll be gone. And that makes him wonder just where in his soulmate's body will his signs be?

There's a lot of things that Fluke loved and he couldn't help but to giggle about it. Will his soulmate be mad at just how many signs there are on him? 'I'm sorry na soulmate. I'm easily pleased by things.'

Now that he's 24 years old, no, he hasn't met his soulmate just yet, the signs on his skin weren't as much as before. There were probably only 4 left and they were, an airplane which was located on his left chest, just above his heart.

A picture of the wave on his right ankle, showing that his soulmate loves the sea. Picture of books which was on his back, just above his spine and lastly was the puppy on his arm. The first sign that appeared on him that hasn't faded. He would be lying to say he didn't adopt Tawan because of that ink on his body but he actually does love puppies.

It was a Saturday and Fluke had the day off of work that day. So he woke up later than usual, around 11 in the morning with Tawan snuggled to his chest. "Good morning Tawan." He greeted the pup with a smile before leaning down to leave kisses on the top of the fur baby.

Tawan replied with a bark as he proceeded to lick on his owner's face. Fluke chuckled and pushed the pup away gently "Stop it. Okay... I'm awake."

It's always been just the two of them after Fluke moved away from his family's house to live by himself in Bangkok. It was hard at first because he didn't have anybody with him in the big city but after more than 4 years, he was more than accustomed to it. After finishing his studies, he decided to stay in Bangkok rather than going back to Lamphun and his family was fortunately okay with it.

He was actually hoping that he'll be able to meet his soulmate here.

He didn't know how he'll know that person is his soulmate, it's differ for different people. And since there wasn't any close friend or family of his who had a soulmate like he did, it was hard for him to find out.

There weren't many sources for him to refer to either, soulmates being evident was just too rare. So he'd just have to trust his guts, I guess.

The weather that day was just nice, it wasn't too hot, the sun was covered mostly by the clouds but it didn't rain either. It was around 4 in the evening when he decided to bring Tawan out for a walk.

Putting the pet on a leash and closing the door to his small house, Fluke breathed in the fresh air and walked around the neighbourhood to the dog park which was located only a few meters away from where he resides.

After a few minutes of walking, he suddenly felt a burning pain on his left wrist. He hissed and widened his eyes when suddenly a name appeared on it.

When the letters were clear, the pain was gone.

"Thitiwat... Ritprasert?" He whispered, the name rolling easily on his lips. He was about to take his phone to make a call to his mother when Tawan pulled on his leash and ran towards the dog park.

"Tawan!" He shouted for the pup, the name on his wrist forgotten as he chased the four legged puppy.

"Stop! Tawan!" He shouted when he saw that Tawan was about to cross the road, it was vacant at the moment but it still worries him.

Tawan continued running only to be stopped when he was suddenly picked up by someone by the side of the road. Fluke let out a relief sign and made his way to the person who's holding his pup. "Thank you!" He gasped out after the sudden run he had no plan of doing today.

The person smiled. "You're welcome." He said before handing over Tawan back to its owner. Fluke returned the smile and extended his arms to take Tawan back only to gasped at the clear writing on the other's wrist. Natouch Siripongthon. He widened his eyes and looked at the tall male.

The other male noticed his hesitation and looked at him in confusion. "Is everything okay?"

Fluke raised his left hand, showing his wrist to the person who then widened his eyes. Both male looked at each other.

"You're Natouch?" The male's, Thitiwat, voice was soft as he said Fluke's name. He almost wanted the other to repeat it but he nodded.

"Th-Thitiwat?" He asked in return, eyes suddenly brimming with tears.

So this is how it feels meeting your soulmate.

Thitiwat smiled. "You can just call me Ohm."

Ohm.

"I'm Fluke." He replied.

And Tawan barks.
