Wooyoung looked so annoyed, Changbin not taking him to the office, but to the restaurant they both used to go to back when they were together.

"Changbin, you did not come to my house to drag me to the office only to bring me here." Wooyoung said, wondering if he can go back and get some more sleep.

And by that he meant to spend time with San.

"I know but we need to talk." Changbin said, looking in the rearview mirror, before undoing his seatbelt and getting out.

"I can open my own car door, thank you very much." Wooyoung said, closing the door that Changbin opened, only to open it for himself.

"See?" Wooyoung said, Changbin shaking his head.

"Get inside please." Changbin said, putting his hands in his pocket as he followed Wooyoung inside.

The two walked over to the window seat, Wooyoung being the first to sit down as somone came to take their order.

"Whatever you want to talk about, make it quick please, I have to go home and work on the project." Wooyoung said, opening his breakfast box and digging in. "Since I missed the meeting of course."

"I'm sorry." Changbin said, Wooyoung not looking up at him as he ate his food.

"It's fine I was the one late anyway." Wooyoung said, thinking back to what San said about him not taking care of himself when it came to Changbin.

Dame it he was right.

"For that too but I'm sorry for what happened to us." Changbin said, Wooyoung looking up at him for the first time.

"What did happen to us?" Wooyoung asked, trying to hide his tears that were already threatening to fall.

"We broke up-" Changbin began thinking back to that night. "Han-gyeol told my dad about us."

"So? I mean it shouldn't be a big deal." Wooyoung said, loving what he assumed San and Moonbin had made.

"You never met him properly right?" Changbin asked, Wooyoung nodding as he continued to eat.

"I only know him from what you told me about him." Wooyoung said, remembering that he was a total dictator.

"And I never let you meet him remember." Changbin said, Wooyoung nodding.

"He's a homophobic asshole." Changbin confessed, not being able to look Wooyoung in the eye.

"When he found out that we were together he told me to break up with you." Changbin said, with a sad smile.

"I told him to fuck off and go mess with his side chicks and then-" Changbin said with a sigh. "He beat me up."

"The week you were gone." Wooyoung said his voice low, his heart breaking.

This guy seriously.

"I was in a coma." Changbin said, Wooyoung crying because he didn't know.

"Shit Changbin you tell people this stuff." Wooyoung said, leaning back in his seat as he let out a shaky breath trying to hold back his tears.

"The bitch beat me up so badly, I still limp sometimes." Changbin said, trying to make light of the situation.

Wooyoung huffed still crying.

In a way he was saying that he got what they were all hoping he would get.

"Even then I refused to break up with you." Changbin said.

"That is, until he threatened to hurt you and then later kill you and then I was like okaaay I think it's time to break up." Changbin said, reliving his own heart break.

"I couldn't risk you getting hurt." Changbin said. "So I pretended to cheat on you so it would be better than explaining this shit and make it easier for you to move on."

"In the end I ended up hurting you the most." Changbin said, his voice barely above a whisper.

"All this and it's only 8 in the morning." Wooyoung said, letting out a laugh that was mixed with a sob as he cried.

Changbin laughed too, wiping his own tears away.

"I asked Yunho not to tell you. He saw me crying in the parking lot after you left and I had to tell him." Changbin said, not wanting Yunho to be made into the bad guy like Han-gyeol wanted him to be. "Ah and I'm sorry for treating you like shit. My dad has his spies around the office and if- it's too risky."

Wooyoung just sat there, playing with his food as tears fell down his cheeks.

Oh was the only thing he could say, looking away to wipe his tears.

"I'm sorry for hurting you." Changbin said, after a little while, wanting to wipe his tears away for him but he held back because he was the one who caused them.

Changbin swallowed down his tears, looking outside the window to see one of his dad's spies.

"I'll get you home. One of the douches is outside." Changbin said, getting up.

He reached out his hand for Wooyoung to take, Wooyoung looking up at him with tears still in his eyes as he took it.

"I still love you." Changbin thought not being able to say the words out loud, holding Wooyoung's hand, all the memories of when they were together coming back.

"He's so much better for you." Changbin said, letting go of Wooyoung's hand to stuff his hands in his pocket and walk out the door.

"No shit, he doesn't treat me like you." Wooyoung joked, not sure how to feel anymore.

"True." Changbin said, opening the car door for Wooyoung who still did the same thing, closing the door to open it for himself.

Changbin laughed, happy that he cleared things up with Wooyoung.

"Why did you wait years to tell me this?" Wooyoung said, asking Changbin to drop him off near his house so this conversation wouldn't get to his dad.

"I was never going to tell you." Changbin said, making a turn. "But I wanted to beat Han-gyeol if  she was going to tell you anything. She's bad news so stay away from her as much as you can."

Wooyoung nodded, now knowing that Changbin had his own reasons for everything.

"Take a day off, I'll say you were really sick." Changbin said, stopping and checking the rearview mirror.

Wooyoung smiled at Changbin, leaning over to kiss him on the cheek.

"I missed doing that." Wooyoung said, getting out of the car, leaving Changbin in a daze.

"But I'm never doing it again since all my kisses are for San." Wooyoung said with a giant smile,  Changbin watching it fall a little.

"Thank you for telling me and I'm sorry for what you went through." Wooyoung said. "We'll talk more later though even if it has to be in the middle of nowhere away from your dad."

Changbin's expression turned into the one he always wore looking away from San who was wearing contact lens again, standing next to Wooyoung.

Must have been cosplayer for a living.

"In the middle of nowhere?" San asked, Wooyoung looking over at him.

Welp.
