San felt giddy, Wooyoung never once letting go of his hand as they made their way out back down the stairs and into the hallway, after playing on the swing set for a while.

He hadn't been able to talk about his mom without shutting down, or breaking down, but with Wooyoung- San smiled not being able to finish that thought. With ever second he spent with Wooyoung, he just seemed to grow happier.

"Did you design the hallway too?" San asked, looking at the deep red paint and the treasure chest that was drawn onto it with various sea creatures all around and down towards the exit.

"Yeah." Wooyoung said, walking a little further as he stopped and kneeled down pointing to a unique fish. "I drew this one myself, but the paint was so hard to mix and I was just starting out so now it looks like-"

"It got mauled by a shark?" San finished for him, Wooyoung shooting up as he slapped him lightly on the arm, San laughing at his human's reaction. Wooyoung basically slapped air but the message came across.

"Is it that bad?" Wooyoung asked, looking at the red background paint that sort of bled into the fish stripes. He folded his arms over each other, bringing a hand underneath his chin as he looked at the drawing, San's hand still in his other hand.

"At this angle-" Wooyoung began, making San laugh again as his demon pushed him back lightly.

"I'm kidding, the red and dark purple are different but blend well." San said, sharing leaning into Wooyoung as an apology as he chuckled.

"Now is this supposed to be a turtle or a sea creature I don't know about yet?" San asked, pointing to another one of 18 year old Wooyoung's drawings.

"That one hasn't been discovered yet." Wooyoung said, both of them breaking into a fit of laughter in the quiet hallway as San leaned against the wall for balance, Wooyoung caging him in between his arms by accident as he laughed on San's shoulder.

"Should I watch the news tomorrow and look forward to its discovery?" San asked, making Wooyoung burst into another round of laughter.

"Breaking news, we have found a creature that looks like a mix between a-" Wooyoung began looking at the picture again as both of them started to laugh again.

"You don't even know." San said, making Wooyoung laugh even harder as he leaned into San for support.

Their laughter died down a bit, their smiles remaining, as Wooyoung hugged San as he swayed back and forth. Both of them broke out laughing again until they had tears in their eyes before calming down.

"Don't tell anyone about his place okay?" Wooyoung said, after a while, San looking at him as if he had just mentioned the name of he who must not be named.

"Why?" San asked, Wooyoung not saying anything as he kissed San's cheek, the sound of a set of footsteps catching their attention.

"Jung Wooyoung?" A man said, walking down the hallway. Wooyoung's smile fell a bit as he let go of San's hand and took a small step back. San pouted, growing nervous as he saw the tall, middle-aged man walking towards them. If Wooyoung didn't mind everyone else seeing them but didn't want this guy to see them it must have been something important.

"Mr. Yun! It's been ages, how are you?" Wooyoung said, watching the smile on the man's face grow as he walked over to give him a hug.

"I can't believe you finally came to visit!" Mr. Yun said, laughing as he held onto Wooyoung's arms. "Let me get a good look at you! You've grown so much."

"I'm sorry it took so long. You're still as charming as you always are." Wooyoung said, Mr. Yun letting go of him.

"Mr. Yun, this is San." Wooyoung said, reaching out to touch San's shoulder as he San reached out his hand to shake Mr. Yun's hand.
