San had no idea a house could have an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, an indoor gym, a greenhouse, a backyard that had a seating area set for tons of people, a tennis and volleyball court and a separate game room in the basement, but there it was.
"Honey, what exactly do you do?" Seonghwa asked, following Yeonjun who was giving them all a mini tour, down the steps as Yeonjun took his hand and helped him down so he wouldn't fall. San was happy Hongjoong was behind him and didn't see what happened, Yeosang disappearing shortly after they arrived, as Wooyoung looked away when Hongjoong rolled his eyes.
"I'm the CEO of a company, and I'm an only child so I'm also heir to my parents' companies." Yeonjun said with a small smile as Seonghwa nodded. "Don't forget your uncle." Wooyoung said, making sure San didn't fall, Yunho, Mingi, and Jongho following behind them as their eyes grew wide, San's eyes going wide too as he saw the gaming room.
"Oh yeah Uncle Cillian, he owns his own software company in the US and he doesn't have kids so..." Yeonjun said, stepping to the side to let everyone walk inside. "He's filthy rich by himself and with his family." Hongjoong said, looking around the room as he applauded Yeonjun's decorating skills, Yeonjun wiggling his eyebrows as Seonghwa smiled, looking away from him.
It was a giant room with tons of light, around five montiers and game chairs set up around the room, while bean bags surrounded a giant tv, games and gaming equipment stored neatly on shelves. There was a clear cabinet in the corner of the room too that was actually a refrigerator meant for drinks and snacks. Across from it were a series of arcade games lined up next to each other with cushions in front.
"If heaven does exist I think we found it," Mingi said, his jaw on the floor as he walked to the center of the room and spun around. "Are heaven and paradise the same thing?" Yunho asked, Hongjoong wanting to correct all of them and tell them that it does exist but this isn't it. "Cuz I would use the word paradise to describe this place." Yunho said, in awe as he walked around a bit before sitting in one of the gaming chairs, Mingi sitting down on the giant egg chair in the corner with his mouth still open.
Wooyoung walked over to see the games lined up on the shelf with Seonghwa, Yeonjun and Hongjoong hanging out by the door. Wooyoung didn't miss the way Seonghwa stopped a little when he heard the word heaven, getting his attention as he showed him a mini figurine.
"How would you describe heaven then?" Yeonjun asked, smiling when he saw Jongho pinch San and San pinch Jongho as both of them nodded and walked over to sit next to Yunho.
"Heaven is when I'm in Mingi's arms." Yunho said, everyone looking at him as Mingi smiled, looking down to hide his blush getting up to hug Yunho. "OOOOOOOH!" Everyone shouted as they smiled seeing Yunho blush too, hugging Mingi back. San and Jongho wore fond smiles as they looked at Yunho and Mingi, holding each other's hands as they did a little cheer.
Wooyoung and Seonghwa smiled too, Yeonjun holding his heart as he almost cried, Hongjoong wearing one of his rare smiles.
"Soulmate culture." Yeosang said, walking down the stairs happy that he didn't miss Yunho and Mingi's moment. "Where have you been?" Hongjoong asked with a smile, Yeosang giving him a small hug as he looked around the room. "I went on a walk to get circulation in my legs." Yeosang said, smiling when he looked back at Hongjoong, who nodded.
"Hongjoong hyung you're the oldest one, start thinking about marriage." Jongho teased, Hongjoong letting out a huff as San got up to drag him to sit down with them by the bean bag chairs. Yeosang was about to join them, when Yeonjun held his hand pulling him back to whisper something in his ear.
"Is going on walk with a car better for circulation?" Yeonjun asked quietly, hearing Hongjoong tell everyone that he didn't want to get married anytime soon and it has nothing to do with age, snatching the keys in Yeosang's pocket. Yeosang looked up at him with a smile, pushing him back playfully as he pulled his hand away. "I thought you were going to take me with you." Yeonjun said with a pout, reaching out to hold Yeosang's hand again.
Yeosang rolled his eyes, still smiling. "I'll take you tonight okay?" Yeosang said, Yeonjun smiling as he hugged him, squishing his cheek with his own and dragging him to the center to sit down. "You're the best." Yeonjun said, looking at Wooyoung who looking at San from time to time.
"My work is my love." Hongjoong said, Yeosang snorting as everyone whined. "Work does not make your life better after coming home hyung." Wooyoung said, Yeosang nodding.
Before Seonghwa and San came into their lives Wooyoung and Yeosang would mostly be at Yunho, Mingi or Jongho's place not wanting to go home to an empty apartment because you guessed it, it felt empty and alone. It was worse for Wooyoung since Changbin would stay over most of the time so his absence made being alone feel more lonely. But after Seonghwa and San came, now their favorite places were home.
"Hongjoong doesn't live in his office?" Yeonjun asked, not remembering a time when Hongjoong went to his apartment. "SEE EVEN YEONJUN KNOWS AND HE DOESN'T EVEN GO HERE!" Mingi yelled holding back his laugh, pointing to Yeonjun as everyone agreed and they broke out into another argument.
"Jongho, could you set him up on a date please?" Yunho asked, Jongho nodding as he pulled out his phone to look through his contacts. "Already on it." Jongho said, Hongjoong sighed as Wooyoung looked at Yeonjun who sat down. "What?" Hongjoong asked, looking over at them as San smiled.
"Yeonjun you don't have the newer games?" Wooyoung asked, Yeonjun looking up at him as he shook his head. "Nope, I haven't been here in years but I know a game store that's like a ten minute walk from here." Yeonjun said, using his thumb to point to the direction of the store.
"I think it's called Gaming UniVerse." Yeonjun said, forgetting the name since it had been years. "GAMING UNIVERSE IS A TEN- MINUTE WALK FROM HERE!?" Everyone except Hongjoong and Seonghwa shouted at the same time looking at Yeonjun who just blinked at them.
"Y-yeah why?" Yeonjun asked, Mingi and Yunho grabbing his arms as they pulled him up on his feet. "Lead the way." Jongho said, Yeonjun getting dragged backwards up the stairs. "This is why I work overnight," Yeosang said, making sure he had his card as, San grabbing Wooyoung's arm as they both followed the group.
"After you Mr. Park," Hongjoong said, looking at Seonghwa as he walked to the stairs. "Call me that again and I swear Mr. Kim I can't promise I won't rip your tongue out." Seonghwa said, looking at him with glaring eyes as he took the stairs, Hongjoong using his powers to appear in front of him on the stairs.
"It shouldn't annoy you that much Mr. Park." Hongjoong said leaning in with a smirk. Seonghwa grabbed Hongjoong's chin and his dagger as it held it to Hongjoong's lips, pressing the cold blade against the soft flesh. "I'm not kidding Mr. Kim," Seonghwa said, Hongjoong not even looking a bit scared as he smiled, kissing the dagger softly. Seonghwa's breathe hitched as Hongjoong took his hand pulling the dagger away as a slight tension formed between them.
"Annnnd I'm not going to ask," Wooyoung said, coming back to make sure they were okay. Seonghwa put his dagger away as Hongjoong turned around, both of them clearing their throats. "But San wants to know if you both are coming or want to rest." Wooyoung said, not sure what he interrupted as he hoped for the best.
"We're coming Woo," Hongjoong said, with a smile Wooyoung returning it as all three of them headed out, enjoying the shining sun as Yeonjun gave them sunglasses and sunscreen before they left.
Yeonjun smiled, looking at his friends as Yeosang helped Seonghwa put sunscreen on, Yunho, Mingi, Jongho and Hongjoong standing in front of the large mirror that stood a little away beside the door making sure they looked presentable.
Yeonjun's smile only grew as he hid it when he saw Wooyoung kiss San's cheek when he thought no one was watching, drawing a heart on San's cheek with the sunscreen as he laughed, San looking for a mirror to see what it was.
"It looks like it's just you and me, Jongho." Yeonjun said, when Jongho walked over to give him a comforting hug. "I'll always be here for hyung." Jongho said, Yeonjun holding back tears as Jongho held up his phone showing him the I don't have someone but want someone in my life playlist he had created for them before they left, which was filled with sad or break up songs.
Yeonjun let out a sigh, taking Jongho's arm that he had held out for him as Bittersweet by Wonwoo, Mingyu and Lee Hi began to play, the two walking out while Yeonjun rested his head on Jongho's shoulder.
"How did love become love~" Yeonjun and Jongho both sang, leading the way to Gaming UniVerse, as everyone gave them a werid look.
