Twas was the night before Christmas, or it was Christmas, and Wooyoung came home to find a green ceiling and a happy demon sitting in the living room with a mischievous smile.
"Hi." San said, looking at him like he was up to something.
"Hiii." Wooyoung said, taking off his shoes and walking in.
"Why is the ceiling green?" Wooyoung asked, squinting to find even a little bit of the old whitish cream color, failing to find any of it like I failed my Calculus class.
The green things looked strangely like Mistletoe.
He looked down, finding San in front of him with a smile on his face, as he showed him one of the things he had put up on the ceiling, using his powers to let it join the rest of the green stuff.
"Mistletoe?" Wooyoung asked, as if he hadn't just guessed that in his head, San smiling at him as he nodded.
Wooyoung laughed, looking down, San bending down a little to look at him with the same loving smile on his face.
"You said it's a tradition." San said, leaning in super close, Wooyoung looking up at him as he laughter died down a bit.
"We shouldn't break it should we?" San asked, wrapping his arms around Wooyoung's neck and waiting.
Wooyoung wrapped his arms around San's waist, closing the space between them and leaned in.
"Of course not." Wooyoung said, kissing San who leaned into him with a smile, kissing back.
"Are we doing this whole night?" Wooyoung asked, in between kisses, as San smiled at him.
"I put up around 500 mistletoe." San said, having decorated the entire apartment with mistletoe.
"Thank you." Wooyoung said, San laughing as he pushed Wooyoung onto the couch and got up on top of him sitting comfortably on his lap, reconnecting their lips.
"MERRY CHRISTMA-" Yunho shouted, walking into the apartment to surprise the two, only to get surprised himself, seeing the mistletoe and the two.
He stopped closing the door, standing behind it as Mingi, Jongho, Yeosang, Seonghwa, and Hongjoong all bumped into him.
"Maybe we should come back tomorrow." Yunho said, San opening the door for them with a smile, Wooyoung standing behind him.
"Why?" Wooyoung asked, looking at bags of gifts they were holding up, even though the best gift was their company.
"The mistletoes are still going to be there tomorrow." Wooyoung said, back hugging San who blushed as Jongho walked in pinching both their cheeks.
"My hyungs being all soft and fluffy." Jongho said, walking in, as Mingi hugged them. Yunho thought that was anything but soft and fluffy.
"So a Christmas wedding?" Mingi asked, San smiling.
"Only if Wooyoung wants." San said, Wooyoung shaking his head as he let out a small sigh. It wouldn't be that bad, but San would probably pout if he told him that Yeosang was going to be the best man.
"You didn't even ask." Hongjoong said, Seonghwa pushing him inside.
"I hope we aren't bothering." Seonghwa said, San and Wooyoung both shaking their heads no, in sync.
"The more the merrier." Wooyoung said, smiling at Yeosang who hugged Wooyoung first.
"I brought you fruit cake." Yeosang said, San smiled, taking the cake as he used his powers to put on the counter to throw at an innocent bystander later.
They looked at Yunho who was still standing at the door, a low blush on his cheeks.
"Merry Christmas." Yunho said, with jazz hands, Wooyoung walking over to hug him.
"Merry Christmas to you too." Wooyoung said, walking inside first to break up an argument that Seonghwa and Hongjoong were having over their imaginary still far away wedding.
San held onto Yunho's arm, looking up at him as they walked in, Yunho leaning down.
"I have Mistletoe in the balcony too." San whispered, winking at Yunho as he titled his head towards Mingi.
"Saaannnnn nooo." Yunho said, a blush on his cheeks, shoving the other playfully as he looked at Mingi.
"Keep everyone busy." Yunho said, San laughing as Yunho walked over to push Mingi towards the balcony.
"Uh hyung the tree is on fire." Jongho said, chaos ensuing as the light snow fell outside, and Christmas drew close.
Being together like this was the best feeling ever.
