Hey guys...

I apologize for not updating, I've hit writers block pretty bad this week. I'm still gonna try my best to get chapter forty-five written within the next couple of days and fight through this block!👊 Bear with me!

But in the meantime, I'll go ahead and share the Q&A answers as well as the drawing I made today while I was unable to write lol.

1. - What gave you inspiration to write this book? / Where'd you get the idea for this story?
~ @melophile_15 & @katsuki-core

•Honestly, by reading other fan-fictions. I started watching My Hero when Covid hit and had a little phase where all I did was lock myself in my room & read. But I've been writing on my own since I was a kid and plan on writing professionally one day. So, when another WP writer I admire said that fanfiction writing is a great way to practice for writing in the future- I gave it a shot. I figured out she was right, it really has been great practice for me. So the inspiration from reading other fanfics/other authors+ my love for Bakugou's character + my urge to write an 'enemies to lovers' story with a strong female protagonist was really what inspired me to write The Wildcard•

2. - Is Bakugou your fav character in MHA?
~ EmilooSkidoo

•I think he is but sometimes it changes. I also really love Kirishima but there's something about the "angsty misunderstood" characters that really capture my heart. I appreciate how unique he is, how his character develops, and how he's always standing out from everyone else. So yeah, I think he is•

3. - Once you've finished the book- are you planning on writing another? Will you use this OC for other books in the future or create a new oc?
~ @Death1Reaper7

•I'm going to be honest with you, no. I don't think I'll be writing anymore fanfictions after this one and let me tell you why. I'm a full time student and I'll also be getting a job soon. I know, adulting right? My priorities right now are finishing school, being able to support myself, and furthering my career as a writer. If you don't know, it's hard to focus on school while writing a book on the side. A few months ago, I probably would've said yes but now I've developed an original book idea that's been in the making for the past couple of months. This is something I want to publish one day and have already decided that after I finish TWC, it will be my main priority. Maybe one day when I finish I'll return and write a continuation, but I can't promise it. There is a possibility of me writing little short stories about Costa & Bakugou on the side for fun but only if I'm really motivated to do so!•

4. - How did you come up with Costa's character?
~ @dmxney

•I've spent much time thinking about the answer to this question because I couldn't really remember when or why I thought of Costa. But then I realized that I was reading a series called "Throne of Glass" when I first started writing and I honestly think I got most of my inspiration from the protagonist, Celaena. If you haven't read the series, literally go buy it right now and donate to the book economy- the pages have crack in them. Celaena is very cutthroat, sarcastic, and charming and I think I pulled a lot of attributes from her to create my O/C. But in regards to her appearance, it kinda just came to me. I also wanted her to be foreign to Japan and I have this dream of going to Spain one day so boom- she became Spanish. But honestly, I just love a good unhinged, powerful female protagonist. Therefore, Costa was my dream O/C•

Also how amazing is it that we've gotten to 20k reads! That's a milestone for me, I can't thank you readers enough!! So to share my thanks, here's a new piece of Bakara art to top off your day :)
