Hearing the notification sound of my phone and the vibration in my pocket I lazily pull it out.

Lowering the brightness I look at the message.

<Hey y/n my man!>

Looking at the contacts I don't recognize the number before remembering something and pull out the little card.

Going back and forth I type who I think is texting me.

<Hey Ezreal.>

<Sup! How's you're day?"

Looking to the bedroom sera's practicing her music. I look back in front of me seeing Bao looking outside.

Is this cat I swear is god-

I type back after a good minute.

<My day is going alright. I'll be blunt, what do you need?>

<Wanted to know if you want to hangout with us! You can bring your girl too.>

Hm? But the questions is should I? I type my answer.

<I'll have to ask her. BRB>

Putting my phone down I lift myself and go to sera's room stepping through the open door.

I shake her lightly and she looks at me taking off her head phone's with a questioning look, "Yeah?"

"So I got a text right? From a friend. From the academy I go to. And I uh...they we're wondering if, maybe you and me would like to hang-" sera jumps up getting in my face.

"I'D LOVE TOO!"

Jesus! I put my hands on her shoulder and bring her back to her chair. I crack a small smile.

"Alright, I'll tell them. Uh I don't know what time we should go or any of that but just get ready alright?" She nods, "Yeah!"

I leave closing the door and grab my phone from the couch.

<She's cool with it.>

<Nice! Jinx will pick you up.>

<I mean, she has a rocket and a minigun.>

<Alright fine! Kayn will come get you guys in like 20 minutes.>

Putting my phone away I sigh. I feel as if this is going to be a long day for me and it's not even pass noon yet.

Fuck this better be worth it.

car pulls up and the windows rolls down to reveal black hair, bending down (phrase) I look into the car.

"Kayn?"

"Sup."

"Nice hair. The blue is going with black."

Unlock the doors sera gets in first and I second as we seat down on the car seats, "My natural hair is black. Just added the blue."

Look over, "Your Seraphine?"

She nods, "Yep!"

He laughs starting the car again, "Her and lux are going to get along well, eh y/n?"

I shake my head, "Jinx is to stay away 6 feet away."

"Might wanna bring some marshmallows cuz she's bringing the heat bud." ...oh shit.

The car ride was spent with Kayn and sera getting to know one another while I chimed in once every few ten minutes before we eventually made it to a big apartment.

Getting out sera was star struck. Kayn leans over whispering, "Ashe is loaded."

I nod, "It all makes sense now. Damn she is rich."

Checking in at the reception we get on a elevator and go up listening to the music.  Tun ~ ding~ dong, ding tub~

The doors open and I take in the halls and doors before following kayn at the very end of the hall to one door. He takes out his card, looking at us-no me he smiles.

*zap*

I slightly push sera to the side, "Y/n?" I lean in, "Don't move or you'll get caught."

Looking back Kayn opened the door-

A blue burr tackles me to the ground despite me using my ability to move out the way - I was still brought down to the floor.

"What's good fucker!?"

I try to push her off me, "Bluebomer chiillll!"

Sera was confused now, "Uh I'm sorry but, who are you?" Turning she looks at sera getting off of me and goes to her, "Wow your sera!? Damn you are cute."

"Thanks hehehe..." I get up and block her path dusting off my shirt, "Oi, the hell was that for?"

Jinx motions for us to come in. We do so and walk in with kayn closely behind me and sera look at the livingroom and kitchen.

This place was nice! Jinx drops down on one of the couches "I just missed my upper classmen soooooooo much! I couldn't help but to show my affection!"

"Your affection hurts."

She smirks, "I know. That's why it's a double edge sword. So gooood yet so bad, I'm bad! Anyway, you guys going to hide in the shadows like emo's or what!?"

Looking over I see the rest come out.

"So good to see you friend."

"We missed you."

....fuck me. I smile embracing them in a hug, god I've missed this feeling. Not love but, the one's you have with friends.

Friends...

That would make you smile even if you really don't feel like doing so.

Friends that would try and help. Breaking you out your shell.

Friends that would hurt with you when it's to much for you to handle. They shoulder it with you.

Damn. Seems like they really grew on you eh? So much that you give them a hug because you love em.
