I want to start with the fact that I do not blame the Baudelaires for what happened because of their arrival.
We met them on their first day they seemed very nice and they had been through a very similar experience that was very erie but made us almost like family.
We got moved out of the shack and put to a closet but the Baudelaires got the shack, not like it mattered because violet was a genius and fixed most of the problems with the shack.
This was the best thing that had happened since the fire but that night at the assembly we met a monster in horrible gym shoes that squeaked when he turned. To this day the sound of shoes squeaking makes me shiver and I can't help but think of these events
The Baudelaires as usual tried to tell everyone that that was Count Olaf but it was no use, none of these adults had brains or empathy. This was the first time his evil eyes met mine and I wish it were the last but you can't change the past no matter how hard you try.
