One Piece One-Shots (Finished!)

(Corazon) Sweetheart

The problem with having a crush on a dead man is that you can never find an actual fic of them without them being, well, dead. MmePenguin you have converted me to the ways of Corazon, but now I know (from experience with Ace) it's gonna be a pain in my butt to find fics of him.

I sat at the kitchen table, a blank expression on my face. The day had been bleak and boring. It was a pain to go to work today. It was long and tedious day, I was practically done even thinking for the day.

I sat at the kitchen table with a cup of coffee in my hand. The door cracked open and my attention span shifted. "Hey love, I'm home." The voice rang towards me. "Oh hey, welcome back Corazon." I said, making eye contact with the blonde. "That isn't a very positive voice. What's wrong, sweetheart?" He asked, coming over to where I was sitting. "It was a rough day, there's no need to worry." I said, a weary smile on my face.

Corazon shook his head. "I refuse to have my sweetheart in a bad mood." He said, hugging me from behind and laying his head on my shoulder. I chuckled. "Sorry, love. I dunno if you can do anything today." I said, kissing his cheek. He sighed. "Come on, YN~ Is there anything I can do?" He asked, caressing my cheek. "Ok ok, I'll let you try." I said, looking up at his soft face.

I got up from my chair and Corazon put his arms around me. He sweetly kissed my cheek. A small smile spread across my face. "Aww, look, that's what I want to see my sweetheart to feel like." He said, brushing a piece of hair in my face behind my ear. I let out a small laugh. "I'm only in an ok mood because you're here." I said, laying my head on his shoulder.

Corazon sat down, then pat the chair next to him. I sat down next to him and he put his arm around me. "It was rough, eh?" He asked, back to the topic of how my day was. "It was pretty bad. More tedious than terrible but it was still a rough day." I said, sighing. Corazon leaned over and kissed my nose. "I hope it's better tomorrow, YN." He said, a small smile on his face.

We sat together, drinking coffee, but not talking much, but finally Corazon spoke up. "Did I make you feel better?" He said, a little smile on his face. "Yes, thank you, sweetheart." I said, laying on his shoulder. "I love you." I said, cuddling in close to him. "Love you too, YN." He said, kissing my cheek again.
