Teju came out of the cabin and went back to her desk.
Vidhi: So how was the lunch?
Teju didn't reply her, so vidhi shakes her
Vidhi: teju are you okay?
Teju: Yeah am fine sorry what did you say?
Vidhi: I asked how was lunch? So what did you guys have?
Teju: Nothing. She said with a sad face
Vidhi: Heh nothing? What do you mean?
Teju: I mean he isn't even here
Vidhi: What!!
Teju: I went to his cabin and saw there was no one and so I decided to wait but he still hasn't come back. Vidhi: But where did he go?
Teju: I don't know
Vidhi: Did he call you or message anything?
Teju nodded no
Vidhi: What how can he be like this
Teju: I don't know anyways let's finish our work am tired I wanna go back home. She said sadly
Teju was doing her work but she barely focused on anything she was constantly looking at her phone checking if Karan has called her or messaged her but every time she would check she would get disappointed.
It was finally time to leave and she still haven't got a single message or call from Karan she was calling him constantly but he wasn't picking up.
Vidhi: Teju let's go
Teju: Yeah
She finally reached home and went straight to her room, she was so upset that she started crying.
Teju: Why Karan why did you make my expectations high for you, at least call me or message me to tell me you are okay. She said this while crying.
She suddenly then hears her mom calling her for dinner.
Tm: teju come have dinner beta
Teju: It's fine mumma am not hungry.
Tm: But beta
Teju: Mumma I had something at office, so am full
Tm: okay
She kept calling him but he still didn't pick up and then She took her phone and kept close it her as she thought that Karan would at least call her.
Morning
She didn't know when she fell asleep while still holding the phone waiting for Karan. She woke up in a jerk and checked her phone to see if she got any call but she didn't she got disappointed again And she started crying again and she threw her phone in frustration. But luckily it didn't break as it fell on a pillow. She quickly got up and went to get ready for work and went downstairs.
Tm: Morning beta here have breakfast
Teju: No it's fine mumma I will just go
Tm: But teju
Teju: It's fine mumma am okay
TD: Teju seat and have breakfast
Teju: Papa it's fine anyways I have to go or am gonna be late chal bye.
She hugged both her parents and left to go go vidhi's house. She was waiting outside
Vidhi: Hey good morning why didn't you come in?
Teju: Oh uhm just like that
Vidhi: Teju are you okay?
Teju: Yeah am fine why?
Vidhi: No you look so tired and pale and your eyes are so red.
Teju: uhm it's nothing don't worry let's go now or we will be late.
Vidhi: Yeah
Vidhi was still not convinced by her being fine but she let it go.
They got a cab and after sometime they finally reached at office. They went in and teju started preparing Karan's schedule and went to his cabin.
She was about to knock but then she remembered Karan's words. So she entered without knocking and she was shocked with what she saw, tears started rolling down her cheeks and she just froze there looking at what was happening in front of her, she then came out it and ran outside quickly and took her bag and vidhi saw her and was calling her but teju barely listened and just ran outside.
Just then vidhi saw Karan coming out of his cabin following teju.
Teju kept running she didn't know where she was going but all she wanted was run away from that place and never come back, Karan was following her and calling her name. She finally stopped and it started raining Karan also reached close to her.
Karan: Sweety
Teju: .....
Karan: Laddoo
Teju just kept looking down and tears were rolling down her cheeks.
Karan: laddoo please listen to me
Karan went close to her and was about to touch her just then Teju shouted to him.
Teju: DON'T!!! STAY AWAY FROM ME MR KARAN KUNDRRA JUST STAY AWAY.
Karan: Am sorry😔
Teju: No you are not, do you know what happened yesterday I was waiting for you I came to have lunch with you but you were not even there and then I waited for your call or message but nothing came I called you so many times but you didn't even answer I was having bad thoughts that something might have happened to you I woke up thinking maybe you called me or messaged me but I got nothing and then I thought today maybe you will come and we will talk about what happened yesterday. But I got a surprise instead. She said while shouting at him.
Karan: laddoo, sweety please listen to me. He said literally begging her.
Teju: NO! I don't want to listen to anything from you because it will not change what I saw with my own eyes. And stop calling me sweety or laddoo I am no one's sweety or laddoo and after today definitely not yours.
Karan: Please I am sorry
Teju: You are not Karan you are not, and anyways it's not like I am your girlfriend, I never was your girlfriend and never will be so just stop.
Karan: sweety I swear I didn't....
Teju: Karan I don't care just leave me alone now
Teju then started running again and Karan was still following her she then got rickshaw and got on it fast and Karan just kept running after her until the rickshaw went far away. And Karan just fell down and started crying and he kept saying and sorry.
