Today is a special day as Luffy has fully recovered from the wound on his arm. As a celebration, the pirates decide to halt their departure by a day to celebrate Luffy's bravery and recovery.

"Alright crew, it's time to party!" Shanks cheers. "Luffy has made a full recovery!"

The pirates cheer while raising their cups in excitement. Uta and Luffy join by raising their glass of juice. Roux has made an exceptional meal for the party with the aide of Makino of meat and fish. Everyone was having a blast eating and drinking.

"Hey, Shanks!" Luffy calls out. "Can I join your crew now?"

"Eh?" Shanks asks surprised. "Again, with this."

"I saved Uta, so that counts for something, right?" Luffy asks.

Shanks makes a thinking face before Luffy as an attempt to put his hopes up.

"Let's just say that I'll put more thought into it." Shanks said sticking his tongue out.

"Your just saying 'no' again are you!" Luffy said angrily as he raises his fork.

The crew laughs at the two bicker wholeheartedly while Uta remains silent for the most part. 

~Last night...

"Hey, Shanks?"

"Yes?"

"Will Luffy be ok?"

"I'm sure he will."

After leaving Uta alone with Luffy for awhile, Shanks dropped by the cabin where the children are residing. The two watch Luffy sleeping peacefully.

"When are we going to sea next?" Uta asks softly.

"We were suppose to leave tomorrow, for a short trip before coming back here." Shanks answers. "But I think we'll hold off a day, wouldn't you agree?"

Uta didn't respond to Shanks, but the captain could tell what Uta wanted from a glance.

"Can we bring Luffy?" Uta asks suddenly.

"No." Shanks said.

"But, he saved me! Should.."

Luffy begins to turn and Uta quiets down.

"Shouldn't Luffy get some sort of, I don't know, reward?" Uta asks.

"Why should I reward someone for recklessness?" Shanks asks. "Don't forget, your also in trouble too."

Uta couldn't counterargue to her captain's comment. He's right. The two of them were too full of themselves and got into hot water in the process. It was only natural that Shanks would be mad at them. Or rather, extremely worried.

"I'm sure you feel bad already." Shanks said. "But as punishment for putting yourself and Luffy in danger, you'll be cleaning the deck early in the morning."

Uta didn't argue against her captain unlike she usually does. She doesn't deserve anything less in her mind. Luffy has already made up for his mistakes and she needs to do the same.

"Do you think I'll be friends with Luffy still?" Uta asks her father.

"If he didn't he wouldn't have saved you." Shanks said as he puts a hand on his daughter's shoulder. "Luffy's not that type of person to hold something like this against you."

Uta gets a flashback of when he rescued her from the bandit's approach and remembers him saying that the reason he saved her was because he was her friend. However, she didn't have that drive. She failed to out her faith in him. That reality stings and her heart hurts.
