Uta's Idol.

Return To Marineford. (1 year Anniversary! Please Read 'Thank You' Comment!)

A chapter on what if Uta helps Luffy and the others storm Marineford. Happy 1 year anniversary! Please, read final notes. I don't own One Piece.

The morning where Luffy, Jimbe, and Rayleigh were planning to infiltrate Marineford to pass on the message to the remaining Straw Hat Pirate who are scattered across the world. Luffy and Jimbe were still injured, but were both well enough to move around and fight to a certain degree. Before going, everyone was eating breakfast inside the castle so that they can get some energy in beforehand.

"Rayleigh. Jimbe. I have decided to come and join you." Uta said to the two men. "It's something me and Luffy have talked about."

"Uta, this isn't a simple excursion." Rayleigh said seriously. "If you do this, you'll be labeled as a criminal without a fact."

"You have a bright future, don't waste it on this and leave it to us pirates." Jimbe added. "What do you have to gain from joining us?"

"This matter isn't up for debate." Uta said as she took a bite of her eggs. "I'm doing this out of my own free will and to return the favor."

"If I may." Hancock interrupts. "Me and Uta have already discussed the topic and so I ordered the Kuja to prepare a new outfit for Uta along with a mask that will hide her face and hair. As long as Uta avoids talking and goes wild, no one would expect that the kind singer Red would be the one behind the mask."

"I won't blame anyone here if I mess up." Uta continues. "I am well aware of what I'm getting into."

Rayleigh looks at Luffy who was silently eating his breakfast. The old man can assume that something serious was told between them and he sighs.

"Fine then." Rayleigh said, accepting Uta's decision. "Don't expect this old man to help you when the time comes."

"Oh please, don't underestimate me." Uta said as she sips from her orange juice. "I haven't trained continuously just to lose to some Marines."

"As long as you can take care of yourself and you know the risks, I guess there's no reason to stop you." Jimbe said. "Have you taken a look at this disguise?"

"No, not yet, but I heard that it will be done by the next hour." Uta said, finishing the rest of her food.

Knock. Knock. Knock.

Sandersonia looks at her sister and she nods which allows her to move to get the door. No one really thought of it much as they didn't know if this was out of the ordinary or not so they continued eating. When Sandersonia gets back a few minutes later, she eyes Uta and waves her hand towards her.

"Uta, your costume is ready." the Gorgon sister said. "Want to see?"

"I do!" Uta said excitedly.

Uta dismissed herself from the table and ran towards the Kuja to see. Luffy gobbles up his own breakfast and follows Uta to see what costume the Kuja had made for Uta. Sandersonia leads Uta and Luffy to the dressing rooms and hands Uta a package. Uta takes it and goes into the dressing room eagerly.

"Luffy, stay out here." Sandersonia said as she almost let Luffy slip past her. "I don't think it's a good idea for you to go into the women's dressing room."

Sandersonia picks Luffy up by his shirt collar and puts him down between her and the dressing room.

"Fine, but I'm staying right here." Luffy said. "I wanna see how cool Uta looks."

"That's fine." Sandersonia said. "I'm sure Uta would want to show you too."

It didn't take long for Hancock to show up as she wasn't going to let the opportunity to see a Uta wearing the outfit of a Kuja pass up. After a few minutes, Uta's hand pokes out from the curtain and Sandersonia walks over to investigate.
