philadelphia was vanessa's favorite place. she always loved the environment there. and now it was even more fun when she was with her friends. she was really starting to feel comfortable with her team, as it had almost been 2 months since she'd started.
"i'm so excited!!" vanessa's smile beamed as she wheeled her suitcase across the airport.
"i know, you wouldn't stop talking on the way here." trea said.
"i know but i just can't help it!" she exclaimed.
"what's with philly?" asked gavin.
"i don't know, i've always been really fascinated with it."
"she probably just likes the stupid bell" cody mumbled to gavin and trea.
"that's not even true. i just like the environment here."
the dodgers finally reached their hotel and everyone was incredibly tired.
"carr, bad news." dave roberts approached the girl who was dropping off her bag.
"what's up?" she replied
"you're gonna have to share a room this trip, we didn't get enough."
"oh, no worries!" vanessa smiled.
"you can choose who you'd like to room with." he said handing her a keycard. "it's a suite." dave added.
"thank you!"
vanessa headed to the lounge area where some other players were.
"what up, roomie." she said to trea, showing him the key card.
