Florence Pugh One-shots!

Christmas Day

"Do we have to Flo? can't we spend it and your house? or mine? Not that I don't love your family you know I love them I just... it might be nice to cook our dinner and stuff that's all."

I take my girlfriend's hands in my own hoping she'll say yes. I have a super important question to ask an I'm not sure if want to do it in front of her family.

"Please please please y/n." She whines out the end of my name and frowns.

"Oh, that's unfair I have to say yes now." I wrap my arm around her kissing her face.

"We'll go to yours this year."

"Thank you thank you thank you!" Flo jumps up and down before settling her arms around my neck.

"You're so beautiful you know baby?" I admire every crease, every freckle every blemish on her perfect face.

Christmas Day

"Wake up Y/n!!" I roll over my eyes barely open.

"Merry Christmas baby!" Flo rolls over on top of me kissing my face.

"Let's get ready we gotta go." I unlock my phone.

"Babe it's 6.30 we don't need to be there until 11." Flo rolls onto her back.

"Can we open presents now?"

I open one eye "Baby..."

"I know, I know I'm sorry."

I roll over throwing my arm over her.

"You can have one present now..." I wink pulling her on top of me.

"Yeah, I'll be in now." I smile as Florence walks up to the house. I lean across and grab the small box opening it before placing it in my pocket.

I run up beside her grabbing her waist and kissing her cheek before knocking.

"Flo! Y/n!" Her mum hugs us both.

I smile into the hug. I love coming here because I'm always treated like family.

"Do you want a drink baby?" Flo pops up behind me while I'm talking to Toby. Her arms wrapping my waist.

"Hang on let me see if your dad needs help with dinner first." I scan looking for him.

"It's all under control."

"Are you sure?' Flo simply nods going on her tiptoes to rest her head on my shoulder.
"I guess I will take a drink then." I turn kissing her forehead.

"You two are so gross sometimes." Toby walks away leaving the two of us alone for a moment.

"I love you so much my Lil Flossie pop. Merry Christmas, my love."

" Merry Christmas My forever person. I love you too Y/n/n"

"Dinners ready guys come and take a seat."

"This turkey is amazing! Can I have some more potato if there's enough." I politely ask as more roasted potatoes are piled on my plate.

"Can we do presents now please y/n?" Flo whines in my ear.

"Yes, of course, we can come on." We all sit exchanging presents. I had a small pile to Flo with a few things. New socks a photo of us on holiday earlier this year. Smellies, candles the usual stuff.

"So here is your final gift." I hold out the box hesitantly handing it to her.

"Florence ever since we first met I knew I wanted us to go from those late-night phone calls to us spending every night together under the same roof. In the same bed happy together, and I know we're together every night anyway buy, but I want it to be more official. Will you move in with me?"

All of sudden my mouth goes incredibly dry.

"Or we can find a place r we can move into yours om not bothered along as it's with yo.." I'm cut off by Florence pressing her lips against mine hard.

"If that a yes?"

"Yes, yes of course its a yes every day, every life!" I cup her face to see her tearing up.

"Hey what's this?" I wipe her tears. Her hands grab mine.

"I er, I have something to tell you." She bends picking up a gift bag.

"What's this?"

"Open it." I smile untying to ribbon to see a... small stick. When I take it out I can see its a pregnancy test.

"What's..." Suddenly the realisation hits me.

"Are you?" Flo nods. I drop the test wrapping her in my arms.

We're gonna have a baby?"

"We'll need at least 3 bedrooms."

"Flo oh my! we can have as many bedrooms as you want!" I kiss her face wiping away her tears.

"We're gonna be parents." I smile deeply at her After a few seconds, I realise everyone has run over to congratulate us. I sit there in a complete state of shock but incredibly overwhelmed and grateful for my family.
