The battle between the Honkai Monster and the titan Valkyrie was an unexpected encounter and will forever be embedded in people's minds who saw it.

The snowy forest was shrouded in a murky mess, and the giants trampled trees and ground. The two figures on the destroyed platform were seen resting outside, seemingly suffering minor internal symptoms.

Those two figures, Kiana and Y/N, reverted to their own battlesuit, with her jacket still on him.

"Ngghh..."

Slowly, the rested Knight roused from slumber, eyelids fluttered open, revealing the hazy, unfocused eyes of a young man just awakened from a deep slumber. He squinted, trying to make out the familiar shapes of his surroundings, with a clear sky drawn in his concussed vision.

"Hey, Kiana? Y/N? Wake up."

A distorted voice echoed in his ears. Another one with a lullaby tone entered.

"Kianaa. Y/Nn. Wakey, wakey~."

Memories started to filter into his consciousness. He and Kiana had fought the Honkai Monster that appeared out of surprise, leaving no choice but to fuse together, and they became the titan Valkyrie to match the monster. It was a near-death experience for the Knight due to the overwhelming power that almost put his life at a toll.

With a groan, he lifted his back, his hands touching the ground as a support to keep him lifted. His slightly hazy visions met the Valkyries, crouching before him and Kiana, showing their concerned expressions. Kiana woke up the same way as him too.

"Mrs. Cecilia? Ms. Theresa?" Muttered Y/N.

"Ms. Cecilia..." The same with Kiana.

"Are you both alright?"

The pair nodded weakly, still admiring the appearance of the beautiful and angelic-like woman.

Cecilia's concerned face shifts into a smile of relief, knowing they're both alive unscathed. She swept some ice clinging onto their shoulders. "Thank goodness... Theresa will be coping herself if she sees you die, you know."

"Hey! It's not like I'm going to be overacting!"

A humorous conversation blended in to lift up the weighing environment. Kiana and Y/N slowly raised their bodies and stood on foot, sweeping off more snow and clinging to their outfit. Kiana swept off the snow behind him, then he did the same thing.

Four of them were on the broken platform. With the bridge entrance destroyed by the Honkai Monster, Cecilia had to reconstruct the bridge using the Abyss Flower's ability to sprout an organic vine road.

Cecilia also retrieved Y/N's belongings that he dropped for better mobility: his sling bag and black jacket.

He saw her stretching her right hand, holding his belongings while giving him a smile. Smiling in pleasure, he took them and gave a grateful reply. "Thank you..."

Then, he gave his jacket back to Kiana. She smiled while taking his coat and putting it on her while adjusting the drapery.

Settled already, Theresa shifted her focus to the tower, eyebrows slammed down, focusing on her objective to capture the 2nd Herrscher. "Careful, intense Honkai Energy reactions detected up ahead. The 2nd Herrscher must be inside."

Cecilia picked up her Abyss Lance from the ground while telling the three to prepare. "Get ready, Theresa! Kiana, Y/N! This time, don't let your guard down!"
