Deuteronomy 4-6

In Deuteronomy, words of divine illumination,
God's instructions for a life of dedication.
Moses spoke with fervor and deep affection,
Guiding Israel with divine direction.

He reminded them of the covenant's embrace,
To follow God's commands with utmost grace.
For they were a chosen people, set apart,
Called to live out God's truth in every part.

"Love the Lord your God with all your might,
Teach His ways both day and night.
Impress them on your children's hearts and minds,
For in God's wisdom, true life you'll find."

"Do not bow to idols, nor worship in vain,
For God is jealous and His name must remain.
Seek Him wholeheartedly, and you will see,
Blessings and prosperity will surely be."

In chapter 6, a reminder so dear,
To bind God's words, like precious jewels to wear.
Write them on your hearts, bind them on your wrists,
Let God's truth be a constant in life's twists.

Teaching diligently, to the young and old,
God's laws and commandments, make them bold.
And when you enter the promised land,
Remember God's faithfulness, hand in hand.

So let the words of Deuteronomy sink deep,
God's truth and love, forever to keep.
For in obedience to His holy decree,
We find true freedom and the key to eternity.
