Will's POV
I opened my eyes and saw Harmony close her eyes quickly.
"You're not slick." I mumbled, closing my eyes with a smile. She laughed softly before moving and laying on my back. "Alright, we're in a good mood I guess."
"Very! I feel free!" She laughed and I adored it. I adored that she felt free and safe and happy.
"Well, I'm very happy about that, love." I whispered. "I do have to go back to my flat to make sure these heathens haven't torn the place to smithereens."
"Oh yes, you and all four of your children." She laughed. before rolling off of me. "I'll see you later tonight, right?"
"Yeah." I mumbled, lifting myself up before rolling over on top of her.
"Hey! You prick!" She laughed, trying to push me off. "Get off of me you six foot six giant!"
"I'm going to work! Why are you up at six in the morning anyway?" Stephanie sang as she walked into the room.
"He's suffocating me, Steph!" She laughed.
"Welp, i'm off to work!" She yelled before booking it out of the house. I rolled off of her and laid on my back next to her. She took a few deep breaths, trying to calm her laughing before she met my eyes.
"I really want that hoodie." She whispered.
"What? No this is mine. You already have one of mine."
"But my boyfriend dumped me." She pouted.
"First of all, I would have given it without the guilt trip. Second of all let's get it straight that you dumped him." I said with a laugh, sitting up and stretching after i spoke.
"We can do a trade, I can give you your other one back for that one." She said with a smile on her face.
"That's fine, love. Do you work today?" I asked her, standing up out of the bed. The cold hardwood beneath my feet sent chills up my spine, making me realize how cold her apartment was.
"Yeah! I work at the ice cream place today. I'm there from five to eleven or something like that."
"I'll have to stop by then." I smiled at her. I stripped my hoodie off of me, fixing my shirt after it was off and throwing it at her.
"You don't have to stop by." She said, crawling towards the space I was standing. She stood on her knees and used my shoulders to stand up the rest if the way.
"Hello there." I said, wrapping my arms around her waist and looking up as she was a tad taller than me now.
"I'm taller than you." She stated the obvious, ruffling my mess of a hair. I smiled at her, opting not to say anything and just admire the smile on her face instead. "It's nearing seven, Will, you have to go soon."
"I know." I whispered, continuing to take in every detail of her face while I could.
"If you visit me I can make you a random flavor again." She said.
"I'd want nothing more." I responded. I pressed a kiss to her cheek before letting go of her. I walked into the bathroom and sighed, realizing I had no clothes. I just washed up before walking back into her room. She threw my hoodie at me and it hit me in the face. She laughed as I caught it and chuckled with her. I slipped the hoodie over my head and rolled the sleeves up.
I worked my way through the house, making sure I had everything I needed before stopping in front of the door with Harmony. She hugged me tightly and I hugged her back.
"You promise to call me if you need absolutely anything?" I asked her.
"I swear on my life." She said before pulling back, "Thank you, Will. I'm not sure what i'd do without you."
"You'd be poor." I laughed, reminding myself to send her money later.
"You better not send me money!" She yelled as I walked out the door and down the hall.
"Bye bye, Harm." I laughed, waving at her. I walked sown to my car, a smile never leaving my face.
I walked into the house and smiled, feeling happy at the new home I live in.
"Hey, is she okay?" Izzy asked, walking into the kitchen as soon as she heard me.
"Yeah, yeah. She's alright, Iz. Jeremiah, her now ex boyfriend, got too close to hitting her in a fight they were having about me."
"Did he hit you?" She asked, eyes wide.
"No, but i hit him." I said with a small laugh. I flexed my hand and a small pang of pain ran through my knuckles, but it wasn't bad.
"So what's the plan then? Nobody else knows about you guys." She whispered, making sure nobody was awake.
"I'll probably be there for the next few nights. That means I trust you to clean up the house, don't get too chaotic, and sleep in the provided rooms. Ash, Mark, and Joe should moving in by the end of the week so if I stay longer, it won't be an issue from there."
"Whatchya talkin' about?" Caroline asked, scaring the shit out if the both of us. "Sorry, I can be really quiet sometimes."
"No problem, darling. I'm just going to be gone the next few nights. Are you okay with that?" I asked her, knowing her parents wanted an adult around more often than not.
"No problem for me. Can we wake the boys up? They're boring and Izzy's just too anxious for me."
"Yeah, we can." I laughed.
"I'm not that anxious." Izzy said, nudging Caroline with her shoulder.
"You really are." Caroline laughed.
