Log 365: Day 365

"Gone again?" I sighed, picking up a sticky note pasted onto Gokicchi's aquarium.
'I'm going to be out again today, (Y/N)-chan, and I promise that I won't bring someone back with me this time! I'm bringing Naka-chan if that will assure you.'
I eyed the last line a little.
Though that habit has decreased, he still had a reputation for bringing back someone.
I think 4 people have made the list.
"What do you think? Bullshit? Yes or no?" I asked the roach.
He chitters and hides inside a cave decor as I placed the note away into a drawer, where various other sticky notes could be seen.
I left for five minutes just to restock our shelves and he's already gone. Honestly, he could've told me directly before leaving. I already told him the trip wouldn't take long.
'At least he'll act a little more responsibly since Naka-Chan's with him...'
I sighed again and sat down next to the aquarium looking over at the roach who had popped his head out, "what am I going to do with him, hm? Should I just keep him hostage here till he stops? He wouldn't mind it if I let him play with Naka-chan all day, right?"
I laughed a little at my own joke as Gokicchi wandered around in circles as I shrugged, "yeah, he'll probably not like that, he'll still try to find a way to spend as much time as he can with Naka-chan though, he honestly acts more like a child than she does."
I tried to mimic him, even adjusting my vocal chords for effect, throwing my hands in a dramatic fashion, "(Y/N)-chan, it's too boring! Even the prisoners at Port Mafia were given more entertainment than this, you can't lock me in here forever!"
"Or something like that," I shrugged, returning back to my default tone and voice, "shall I test it out later? I mean, Dazai-san is rather unpredictable, he always has interesting reactions, don't you agree?"
He plainly chitters as an answer as I rested my head back onto my hand, "I suppose his unpredictable behavior is what makes him good company, he makes life more entertaining."
"I don't think I could imagine living with anyone else," I joked, before actually thinking about it, "actually, I could probably come up with some possibilities..."
I then laughed, "but none of them would really come close to Dazai-san... really, I don't think anyone can compete with him."
It started off with the little things, just going through my memory and watching the things we've done like a video tape.
'Log 312...
Opening...'"C'mon, (Y/N)-chan! Watch this show with me!"
"I didn't think you'd watch anime, Dazai-san."
I was staring at a screen as I could see Dazai shrug, "better than listening to a radio all day."
He shuddered like it had traumatized him and I could hear myself laugh before joining him, even continuing to debate on the best characters, top scenes, and the such.
'Log 330...
Opening...'All I could see was that I had most likely tripped, but that didn't appear to be the case because I suddenly yelled out a "Dazai-san!"
