The flames behind Harry glowed bright as the camera zoomed in and blurred. When it came back into focus, it showed the bright light where Voldemort’s killing curse came into contact with Cathy's shield spell.

"Oh we're back with Cathy." James said. "Thank god, I was worried about where she was left off."

Cathy was in a struggle as she kept both Voldemort and the collapsing ceiling at bay. The camera zoomed in on Cathy's face. Her eyes were closed and she was scowling in frustration.

"Fucking bastard." Fleamont cursed as he watched Voldemort continue to attack his daughter.

Suddenly her face morphed into something calm as she opened her eyes and found herself in the Ministry. The only difference was that it was completely intact and undamaged. She was also alone, there weren't any injuried wizards behind her nor any dark lords in front of her.

"Did I miss something?" Cathy asked as she and everyone was confused. "What just happened?"

Cathy looked around in confusion and was interrupted by the sound of footsteps echoing in the empty Ministry. A young man in old wizards robes was walking toward her and had a smile on his face when he stopped in front of her.

"Wasn't interrupting you, was I?" He asked in a humorous tone.

"Who is that?" Cathy asked around.

"I dunno." Regulus tilted his head to the right. "But he looks familiar. I feel like I've seen him somewhere."

"I thought it was just me." Evan said as several other students and teachers agreed.

"Uh...not really." Cathy answered. She looked around and looked back at the young man. "What is this place?"

"The Minister of Magic of course." The man laughed.

"Smart arse." Cathy commented.

"Oi don't get clever!" Cathy snapped. "I was just fighting the Dark Lord not one minute ago and now--"

"Now you're in here chatting with me." The man nodded. "I pulled you in here to try to talk to you."

"Pulled me where exactly?" Cathy questioned.

"Limbo." The young man answered. "Well sort of Limbo. This place is a sort of in-between realm that reflects the living world. It's s the only way you and I can chat really considering that I'm dead."

"He's a ghost?" James looked uncertain at the young man.

Cathy looked at man in a strange manner and just shook her head. "I'd be surprised but sadly you ain't the first dead non-ghost person I have spoken to."
