Siddhart's POV:

As I bid Alisha goodnight and retreated to my own thoughts, I couldn't help but notice Rohan's behavior.

He kept glancing at his phone with a silly grin plastered on his face, and I knew immediately that it had something to do with Nandani.

Chuckling to myself, I decided it was the perfect opportunity to tease him and exact my revenge for all the times he had teased me.

"Hey, what's with the lovey-dovey expression, Rohan?" I teased, nudging him playfully.

Rohan's cheeks flushed crimson as he looked up, caught off guard by my question.

"Oh, uh, nothing, man. Just... reminiscing about today," he mumbled, trying to evade my probing.

But I wasn't going to let him off that easily. "Reminiscing, huh? About what exactly?" I prodded, a mischievous glint in my eye.

With a sheepish grin, Rohan relented, sharing all the details of his first date with Nandani.

He recounted how they had gone to a café, only for a mishap to occur when someone spilled juice on Nandani, leaving her top wet and see-through.

I couldn't help but burst into laughter at the mental image, teasing Rohan mercilessly about his chivalrous act of giving her his t-shirt.

" Romeo, I thought you were just going to meet her pr tu toh dekr aagya, Smooth move," I teased, earning an eye roll from Rohan as his cheeks were becoming red.

But, He suddenly turned the tables, his curiosity piqued about my own interactions with Alisha.

"So, spill the beans, Bhai. What did you say to Alisha, and more importantly, what did she say back?" Rohan asked, a mischievous glint in his eyes.

I hesitated for a moment, unsure whether to reveal the full extent of our conversation.

But knowing Rohan, he wouldn't let me off the hook until I spilled all the details.

"I, uh, may have exaggerated a bit," I admitted sheepishly. "I told her my name is Prem."

Rohan burst into laughter at my confession, shaking his head in disbelief. "Prem? Seriously, dude? You couldn't come up with something better than that?"

I rolled my eyes at his reaction, feeling a flush of embarrassment creep up my neck.

"I don't know, man. It just slipped out," I muttered defensively.

Rohan's laughter only intensified, and he teased me mercilessly.

"But you don't like lying about your name, do you?" Rohan pointed out, his tone teasing yet observant.

I nodded, conceding his point.

"Yeah, you're right. It's not really my style," I admitted, feeling a pang of guilt for deceiving Alisha, even if it was just a harmless white lie.

"Prem, huh? Well, at least it's memorable," he quipped, earning a playful shove from me in response.

Despite his teasing, I knew Rohan was genuinely happy for me, his laughter a testament to our unbreakable bond.

However, amidst our banter, I couldn't shake off the memory of Rohan's earlier advice-to hide my identity.

His words echoed in my mind, reminding me of the reason behind my decision to fabricate a name.

Eventually, fatigue caught up with us, and we drifted off to sleep, the events of the day still fresh in our minds.
