Siddhart's POV:

In the midst of the lecture, the familiar murmurs echoed in my ears once more, "I want to meet my mehbooba, yeh lecture kab khtm hoga."

Glancing at Rohan, who remained silent but lost in thought, I felt a pang of confusion gnawing at me.

Seeking clarification, I questioned him again, "Did you say something?" Rohan's bewildered expression mirrored my own as he shook his head in denial.

However, the perplexity deepened when I heard another voice in my head, "Mera bhayii pgl hogya h sachi, patanhi kya sunnai de Raha h isse."

Shock reverberated through me as realization dawned - I was somehow hearing Rohan's thoughts.

"What the Fuck" I exclaimed, the shock evident in my voice, drawing the attention of everyone in the classroom, including the teacher who promptly rebuke me, "Siddhart, out of my class now."

Apologizing hastily, I made my way out, my mind reeling with disbelief at this newfound ability to hear others' thoughts.

How was this even possible? The questions swirled in my mind as I grappled with the inexplicable phenomenon that had just occurred.

As I pondered over the bewildering turn of events, Rohan approached me, concern etched on his face.

"Bhyii, what happened to you?" he inquired. I relayed the strange occurrence, explaining how I could hear his thoughts.

Rohan's shock mirrored mine, and he exclaimed, "What the fuck, kya sun liya tune?"

Unable to contain my amusement, I smirked and replied, "The love bite," stifling a laugh. Rohan's eyes widened in disbelief.

"This is not done, you shouldn't have heard that" he chided, his tone a mix of surprise and reproach.

Suddenly, it dawned on me - the temple visit and the old lady's cryptic words. Could it be that the mantra she recited had somehow heightened my senses, allowing me to hear others' thoughts?

Before I could delve deeper into my thoughts, the class concluded, and we made our way to the cafeteria.

Amidst discussions about the peculiar incident, Nandani joined us, sitting beside Rohan.

But my attention was elsewhere, my eyes scanning the room in search of My Chandni - My Alisha.

As I scanned the cafeteria, unable to find Alisha, I took a sip of water to quench my throat. Suddenly, admit the chatters, I heard a voice in my head,

"Kitna sexy lg raha h yeh, I'm dying to fuck him aaanhhhh" causing me to choke on my water, coughing uncontrollably.

Feeling a hand on my back, I looked up to see Alisha, her expression
filled with concern. My heart raced at the sight of her, and i couldn't help but smile, reassured by her presence.

"Be careful siddhart" her voice like music to my ears. I simply nodded, lost for words in her enchanting presences.

As she settled down with us, they started talking about something, but I was too busy admiring my Chandni.

Lost in her presence, I was certain that I loved her, and this time, I loved the right person.

"Aap kya soch rahe ho?" Nandani suddenly asked, raising an eyebrow, which made Rohan and Alisha turn to look at me. Rohan explained, "He didn't think, he listens to what others think."

Both Nandani and Alisha exclaimed in unison, "What?" I brushed it off with a laugh, saying, "Ah, don't mind him, he's a little crack. What were you guys talking about?"

Then Alisha said, "Oh, haven't you heard? Our college is taking us on a tour."

I shook my head in disbelief, remarking, "What has happened to our college? This never happened when we were in our first year," with a playful pout.

"Let's go, it's next month!" Nandani exclaimed with excitement, and Alisha agreed enthusiastically.

Looking at her, I found myself nodding in agreement, and soon, Rohan also joined in because he wouldn't leave his Mehbooba alone, and neither would I.

After college, I was determined to find that old lady, so I went to the temple again.

I searched everywhere but couldn't find her. Disheartened, I prayed to Mahadev for guidance. As I turned to leave, there she was, standing in front of me with a serene smile.

"Amma, I'm hearing..." I began to say, but she interrupted me with a gentle gesture.

"Don't worry, it's a gift from Mahadev," she assured me. "You can control it, but you have to figure it out on your own."

With those cryptic words, she walked away, leaving me with a sense of wonder and curiosity.

I smiled to myself and made my way back to my dorm.
