Chapter -194

After a long press meet, the team reached their bases. Tong Yao in her room, cuddled with Lu Si Cheng with her eyes closed, inhaling his scent. " Princess..." He called her.

Tong Yao : Mm...

Lu Si Cheng : Are you happy?

Tong Yao : I feel more relaxed than ever. Thank you for setting everything fine....

Lu Si Cheng : I love you...

Tong Yao : I love you till my last breath...

He smiled and pulled her more to him. Both of them fell asleep on each other's embrace.....

Days passed faster. The first phase of the match was finished. The second phase match starts on 9 th february. There was 1 week gap. The first match of second phase of ZGDX was against DOOMSDAY. The team was under thorough practise. It was tuesday, 6th of february. Another free day!! Tong Yao was watching a kdrama with Lao K and Little Fatty. Su Luo and Jinyang were out of station. Su Luo was with her parents, and Jinyang was out of country. She and Ai Jia again quarelled and she left for another tour. Ai Jia was complaining to both Tong Yao and Su Luo....

Lu Si Cheng, Xiao Rui and Ming left to headquarters to submit their monthly performance rating. Lu Yue and Mao were on gym. After a while, Tong Yao stood up, " I am going to bake a cake!! Who wants to join?"

Little Fatty : Me!! I will join you...

Lao K : Spare me!! I am good at eating cake, not baking!! I will do some of my skin care routine. You two carry on!!

Tong Yao : Okay!! Teddy bear...come on!! Si Cheng got some fresh oranges, lets make an orange cake!! Come on!!

Tong Yao and Little Fatty went to kitchen and started their job. Tong Yao nicely washed and pat dried the oranges. She took three oranges and nicely scrapped its zest without the white portion. Meanwhile Fatty powdered the sugar as per her instruction. Yao then, cut out the same oranges from which she took the zest; and extracted the juice. She instructed Fatty to mix all purpose flour and baking powder. He went to do that. She then seperated the egg white and yolk. Took a bowl added the softened butter, half of the powdered sugar, and mixed well until it was fluffy and creamy. She then added the orange zest, and once again mixed it. Then went in the egg yolk. She set it aside and beat the egg white with powdered sugar and bit of vanilla essence and beat it up to a fluffy consistency. She mixed the flour mix with yolk mix and then slowly added the egg white. And at last added the orange juice and mixed it to required consistency. Fatty had already setup the oven to preheat. Once it was done, she poured the batter to baking pan and put it on the oven and timer was set to 40 minutes.

After that they cleaned the kitchen and sat back on the kitchen. Waiting for the cake to bake. After some time, the scent of orange filled the base. Once the time was up, Tong Yao walked to take it out of the oven. Suddenly there was a knock and Fatty opened the door. It was the boys who went to head quarters. They were welcomed by sweet scent of oranges. " Did she baked a cake?" Asked Lu Si Cheng while removing his shoes and putting them back to rack.

Little Fatty : Yes, we did!! She just took it out!! I will go and see...

Little Fatty drifted to kitchen and boys shook their head. " Wow!! Missy. It came out perfect!!" He was about to touch it when Rui called from behind, " Fatty!! Allow it to cool down. You will get it!! Be patient...". Little Fatty made a face, while Tong Yao cut it out and took it to dining table. " Pang ge its hot!! Be careful..." She said. The boys giggled. She then went upstairs to her room. Lu Si Cheng was taking out his clothes to change. She locked the door and hugged him from behind. He smiled.

Lu Si Cheng : Why is my wife, lovey dovey?

Tong Yao : Why? You don't like it? Fine!! I will go away...
