The moment we arrived, I threw the door open and started for the door. I didn't want to talk to Thomas, much less look at him. I flung the door open and stomped in, I needed to get to my room or I'd burst. I needed to get to my blades before I went insane. I felt my wrist being grabbed as I was turned around to face Thomas. He reached up his other hand to pull my earphones out before talking.

"Katy, could you just wait for a bloody second and let me explain!" he exclaimed as I tried to shake his grip off of me. I glared at him.

"Explain what? You don't give two sh.its about me or that you lied about everything? Or maybe it's that you knew everything and you never even bothered to bring it up?" I snapped loudly.

"I was going to because I care about you for Christ's sake! I'm f.ucking in love with you!" He screamed, I was about to respond when we heard someone clearing their throat behind me. I turned around and my heart stopped seeing my gran and my friends. All of them; Lily, Jordan and Mandy. I closed my eyes and prayed this wasn't actually happening. I expected Thomas to let go of my wrist but he didn't, in fact- he interwined our fingers and stepped in front of me.

"Anyone who would care to explain what's going on here?" my gran asked calmly. I sighed and leaned against the wall, I was exhausted. I was tired and I didn't want any of this to happen. In fact- I thought she was coming on Wednesday. I couldn't bare looking at my friends so my eyes stayed on the floor. I didn't even pull my hand away from Thomas.

"I-"

"Not you. You don't have any right to explain anything here" Jordan seethed and I glared at him. Mandy's eyes stared at out interwined hands before looking up to me, she gave me a small smile and I frowned in confusion. I thought she would have been angry with me but when she smiled, it was a supportive smile.

"And why's that?" Thomas smirked but I I felt his grip on my hand tighten in anger so I used my thump to rub circles over his skin and I felt him relax a bit.

"Because you're just her chauffeur, her driver- nothing but a piece of crap" Jordan smiled. Mandy glared at the back of Jordan's head before stepping in front of Jordan and Thomas, beside me. Jordan frowned at this but said nothing as Thomas responded.

"I am Thomas Brodie-Sangster. Heir to the Sangster corporation and it's worth more than you're jewelry here in England" Thomas took a threatening step towards towards but I pulled him back slightly with our hands together. Lily followed Mandy and stood beside me, putting her arms around Mandy and I.

"You? A Sangster? Ha! Don't honour yourself there mate" Jordan scoffed. My eyes watched as my gran sighed and rubbed her temples before parting her lips.

"Mr. Sanchez, Thomas is actually a Sangster. I know, his father helped with Kathelyn's aunt bailing fee and legal papers. He told us about how Thomas didn't want to take over the company until he paid every debt his father left behind and that was to our family" my gran explained calmly and I let out a shaky breathe. I felt Thomas squeeze my hand but I didn't look at him. I looked down on the floor as I pieced everything together before I closed my eyes. I squeezed Thomas' hand back and looked up to him to find he was already staring at me with a frown. I smiled at him lightly before turning to Mandy and Lily.

"I'm sorry" I whispered to them, mostly to Mandy. I didn't know what was going in her head but she smiled and nodded. I knew I had to tell them everything- everything later after this mess was cleaned up because I realized that they really were my friends. I remember a couple of months ago how I never trusted them and how I'd keep everything from them but they stayed anyways. They stood by my side even after they found out about this and I couldn't be any more grateful than I was now. Jordan looked confused and stunned and I couldn't help but wonder what he was planning on doing next as his eyes shifted to me.

"I-I kept your secret, Katy. People will find out about this and they'll start talking" he threatened in a shay voice. Thomas stepped forward threateningly but I beat him to it as I faced Jordan calmly.

"There's nothing to hide, Jordan. You tried to blackmail is but it's just not working out... I don't know why you're like this" I whispered as I shook my head at him. His facial features softened from anger to sadness, he pursed his lips and walked past me before I heard the front door slam shut. I gulped and turned around to hug Mandy and Lil. No words could have expressed how grateful I was that they stood beside me.

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm so f.ucking sorry" I mumbled, they hugged me back tightly.

"You wouldn't mind telling us everything would you?" Lil asked jokingly and I managed a chuckle. I pulled away nodded, a tear rolling down my cheeks.

"Kathelyn Nicole Thompson" my gran called and I shut my eyes. If she was going to humiliate me, I prayed she had the decency not to do it in front of my friends and Thomas. Although Thomas had already seen it. I turned around and prepared for the the worst, she had a straight face on.

"Make sure to have a portfolio of partnership between Diamond Bank and Sangster corporation by the end of this week. Your relationship shouldn't reach the media until the Christmas ball, understood?" She said and My eyes widened. Was she serious? Was she actually allowing Thomas an I- oh right, because of Sangster corporation but still! She was also making me do something for our company!

"I-What? A-Are you sick?" I couldn't help but blurt. She cracked a small  smile and my friends laughed too.

"Mark and I talked about the partnership, especially since the two of you are... Together" she said. I blinked, it would be so cruel to suddenly wake up and realize this was all a dream. "And Kenneth is gone too. I realized how useless he was" she waved off and I beamed. She smiled before she left and I turned to my friends. I was still ignoring Thomas, I was still pissed about his lies.

"Your room. Upstairs. Now" they demanded before dragging me towards the stairs. Great.
