I hand them both a bag full of clouths I pull my phone out call my mom I said "hello" she said "hey sweet pea is everything ok" I said "yeah I was just wondering when your gonna be home" she said "in a few minutes" I said "k do you know were Carl is" she said "yeah he's at a friends he should be home any minute" I said "ok thanks bye love you see you in a few" she said "ok bye sweet pea" I hang up and say "Carl should be here any minute" like on cue I heard the door open and I yell "carl" he came in the living room and i said "I just wanted to see you" he said "there you saw me now don't bother me got it good" he went up to his room I sighed and Noah grabbed my stomach I pull his hand apart and know I should probably learn not to get attached I heard the door open and mom appeared with tears in her eyes I say "mom what's wrong" she said "you might wanna sit down" I say "I'm fine were I am" she said "your father was on a job and there only looked like there were four people but there was a fifth guy and he was shot" Its not like I like him I mean I'm still mad at him but I never knew this happend I said "dose Carl know" she nodded yes and I said "I have something to say" they looked at me and I felt redness in my face and a bubble feeling growing bigger in my throat i say "well umm I think a zombie apocalypse is happening" Noah laughed and so did Carly I said "I'm not lying why do you think I made you guys leave school early there was a zombie in the hallway" my mom gave me a worried look I said "will you people stop looking at me like I'm crazy" my mom said "well I did hear something on the news about a virus going around but I didn't think it was that serious I'll go pack a bag and I'll tell Carl to we'll leave as soon as we're done" I sit down on the couch and hear knocking on the door I open it and Shane shows up I say "what do you want" he said "is your mom ok" I said "just peachy now go" he turned really serious and said "don't talk to me like that" he grabbed my wrist and I said "let go creep" I pull away and noah came rushing in and said "is everything ok" I said "no acually tell this creep to leave" he gave me a weird look and said "dude you heard her leave" he said "excuse me little boy do you live here I think not so stay out of it" Noah said "yeah but she's my girlfriend so don't lay another finger on her got it" he said "so I can't grab her like this" he grabbed my wrist and pulled me towards him and grabbed my waist I pushed him away and noah rolled up his sleeves and walked over to him and punched him shane then grabbed his arm and flipped him I yelled "STOP IT" I ran over to Noah on the ground in pain I gave shane a glare and said "go".
