Chapter 10

Jake's P.O.V:

We reached a good spot for camping. We got settled down for the night. I never dropped my guard. "You guys ok? I heard you were attacked by Luke." Lucas said walking over to me.

"We are fine Emma has a bite mark though." I said looking at Emma.

"Well I hope she feels better soon." Lucas said leaning against a tree.

"Yeah." I said as Emma started shivering.

"Cold again." I said as I held her to my warm chest. She cuddled up to me again.

"How are you so warm?" Emma asked as she looked up at me.

"It's a werewolf thing." I said as Emma yawned and closed her eyes. "Good night."

-later that night-

"Emma wake up." I said because Emma was shaking, and kept saying stop in her sleep. "Emma wake up." I said as I started shaking her.

"Ahh!" Emma scream as she woke up.

"Emma are you ok? What happened?" I asked worried.

"I had a nightmare. You were there, but you were dead. Luke was also there he was laughing like a maniac." Emma said and each time she added more to the story the more scared she looked. I hugged her to my chest.

"Shh.. it's ok Emma." I said as she was crying.
