Chapter 19

Emma's P.O.V:

I wake up from a nightmare. It's late at night. Jake is sleeping, and I'm still cuddled up to him. My nightmare was like a continuation of the last one. This time I was standing by Jake's body. I was covered in his blood. Luke stopped laughing and started walking towards me. I started backing up, but I backed into a wall. I realized we were in a cave, but there were no exits. When he was no even 5 inches from my face. He stopped and smirked. I woke up at that exact moment.

Jake woke up. "What's wrong Emma?" Jake asked worried.

"I had another nightmare." I said looking up at him.

"You ok?"

"I'm fine." I said and I think he could tell that I was still a little scared. He sighed and hugged me.

"It's ok I'm right here." Jake said as I hugged him back. He kissed my forehead.

"I know you are." I said burying my head in his chest.

"You should go back to sleep now Emma."

"Ok." I said as I started to fall back asleep anyway.

Jake's P.O.V:

Emma fell back asleep. "I'll protect you no matter what." I said softly as I run my fingers through her hair. I kiss her forehead again. "Good night Emma."
