Chapter 23

Jake's P.O.V:

I saw him take Emma and I couldn't do anything. I promised I would protect her, but I can't. I just can't I'm to weak. I lay there thinking about how useless I am. There were still vampire around the camp. I'll save my strength when the sun comes back up. I'll find a way to save Emma.

Emma's P.O.V:

Ethan pushed me and I fell onto the ground. It was dark and I couldn't see, but I could tell he left. I stood up and started backing up. I bumped in to someone that grabbed my elbows. "Hello Emma." Luke said. A fire was started and I could see Luke. He turned me around to face him. "I've been waiting for the right moment to take you. I'm so hungry." He said. He leaned in towards my neck and bit me. He bit me really hard I screamed. He took his fangs out of my neck, and started laughing. "Hurting you is alot of fun." Luke said. He pushed me against the cave, and held my wrist. He smirked then started kissing me. He did something cause I fainted.
