It would indeed be the last time she saw me. I had decided to end my life. It had made this decision this evening. I couldn't live without her. This was the only option. I walked inside the packhouse and searched for Oliver and Jack. I had thought about their new rang. Oliver would be the new Alpha and Jack the new bèta. Together, they could search for a new third in command.

I signed the documents, in which I said they could take over the pack after my dead. There was only one thing I wanted to do. I wanted to speak to my parents one last time. I was sitting on the couch with my phone in my hands. What did I have to tell my mother? That I was going to end my life? She would be devastated.

I sighed, before calling her. She answered almost immediately. I tried to sound normal. I had already written a letter to explain everything. I couldn't tell her myself, so a letter was the best option.

The conversation didn't last long, because I was feeling guilty. However, I didn't change my mind. I had tried everything I could to make this right, but it didn't work out.

I was waiting in my garden. Inside, there would be to much blood and I didn't want my friends to walk in a house where I was killed. I waited for Oliver and Jack. They would kill me. They were the only ones I trusted the most to do this. They were talking to the pack this moment. After that, they would come to me.

I looked around me, for the last time. I looked at the sky, the grass, the trees. I tried to looked at everything one last time. But a voice called me back to the reality. " Logan! "

I turned around slowly and saw her, a few meters behind me. She ran to me as soon as she saw me. " Is it true you are going to kill yourself? " She asked me. " Axelle ... I already explained that I can't live on this planet as long as you are not with me. I can't choose someone else, because I'm not going to be happy with her. My life will be hell. This is the only solution. "

I turned back around. My back was facing her front again. I wanted her to leave. Maybe I would cancel my plans if she stayed her. She wrapped her arms around me and pushed her head against my back. She was sobbing quietly. " Please, don't do it. You are going to make my life a hell to " I shook my head. I had already made her life hell. I would protect her by doing this.

I had already marked her without her permission. After that I had violated her and she had run away. I would save her from myself. " It's also better for you " I untied her arms from me. " I want you to go away " I said. I wanted to wait in silence. Not with her by my side.
