Crimson Girl

Crimsyy, this is paw you Magician <3
It was innocent at first, then went viral,
You soon got trapped in a downward spiral.
Stuck in a quest to be without flaw,
Going crazy, down to the last straw.
All those voices that dwell in your head,
You think they've become your new best friends.
They ask you about what they'd all think,
When they see how close you are to the brink.
No, the rest must never find out,
That you've really gone all out.
Cover your scars, paint a smile on your face,
But will doing this help you find your place?
You try to act like you're on cloud nine,
When they ask, you simply reply, "I'm fine."
You're actually the one with the most to hide,
The one who is secretly dying inside.
You ask yourself why you didn't draw more blood,
While inside it's like you're stuck in mud.
Those 'friends' in your head say you're not good enough,
You're seriously beginning to get fed up.
After a bad day, you reach for the knife,
But we beg you not to end your life.
Please remove the blade from your hand,
We won't let you do it, we're taking a stand!
We may not all know personally what you're going through,
But we'll always be here for you.
Don't worry about the shadows, think of the light,
You radiate when you shine so bright.
No one is perfect, we all have our quirks,
But for everyone, these things just work.
So just remember when you're feeling alone,
When your feet are made of stone.
When it feels like it's you against the world,
You'll always be our Crimson Girl.
A/N: I know this was a long one, but just so you know a Crimson Girl is a term I invented used to describe an amazing person who's been through absolute Hell (or Hagsmire, for all you Ga'Hoole fans), yet they still manage to stay strong and shine bright.
