You're not the only one in the shadows,
Not alone left out in the rain.
Monsters can get scared, too,
And even angels can feel pain.
A/N: I really like this poem, short yet laced with power. It's only four lines because that's all it needs to convey emotion, all it needs for you to hear its message. I thought about making it longer, but knew that this piece was already complete. Hey, that rhymes! Anyway, thanks for taking the time to read this, and I appreciate all votes and/or comments I get.
